My sister told me to download the game and once I did I LOVED it I never knew how adorable the first cookies were❤️
Game no longer works
The game crashes while loading on the title screen. I used to not have this issue, but then it started after I returned from a short break from the game. I still try to keep the game updated, in hopes that the crashing issue will be fixed someday, but even now, I still can’t even get into the game, and I’ve been trying for months now. It’s a shame, because this game wasn’t bad and parts of the story were connected to Cookie Run Kingdom’s story/world.
it deleted ALL my data
A week or 2 ago I was playing cr:wc as usual when the game reloaded. I was like “huh, weird” and when it loaded MY STUFF WAS ALL GONE. I had first milk and just finished her saga + started first salt & sugar’s. I logged in the next day, hoping the issue would be solved, but IT WASN’T. none of the other games from cr have done this, play those.
Fun game, too many bugs
I’ve been enjoying this game since release, so I’m highly disappointed that the bugs that have been present SINCE RELEASE are still a problem. The mist obvious and irritating one; the game crashing over any little thing, causing me to lose my progress.
Gatcha and graphics
The gatcha system is not NEARLY as friendly as it is in other games, and the graphics for the furniture in the houses is SO bad that you can literally count the pixels

It takes way too long to get crystals and tokens . Some levels I was stuck on for hours and i could only beat them with 10 boosters. 4/10 would play it again if I had to
Bring back the voice acting
Guys I seriously love this game but can you at LEAST bring the voice actors back if not the cutscenes

I literally couldn’t finish the second level ‘cuz the lag was so bad. I managed to complete it despite, but the game froze and wouldn’t unfreeze. The whole game lags my entire device. Actually unplayable

app crashes A LOT..
theres an event going on currently about doors!! a lot friends are playing it so i decided to redownload the app. when i logged back in and tried entering the doors event, it crashed. i wasn’t too surprised since cookie run games take a toll on my phone and they tend to crash often. so i tried again. and again. and again. and again. it hasn’t opened once. each time it shows me a screen about turning my phone on its side, i turn it on its side to help because its stuck. it crashes. even when i dont try to help, IT CRASHES!!! pretty disappointed 😞

Makes my phone battery WAY too hot. Please add an option to lower battery usage cause it feels like my phone is melting playing this game

No Tutorial
The game has no tutorial. It just throws you in and doesn’t explain anything. I don’t know what I’m doing. It’s a nice looking game but it’s not fun because I don’t know how it works so it’s deleted.

Quite Disappointed…
Low-key this game got me hyped for a bit…then got so boring and slow, so repetitive and the chances of getting good cookies are absolutely atrocious! I’ve been playing for more than 6+ months…still not one epic cookie! Wouldn’t recommend to be honest, sorry cookie run!
Fun, but a little buggy
Very very fun game, i could play it for hours. However it crashes at the worst times, It’s crashed when I’ve gotten First cookies multiple times, it crashes sometimes when I get on events. Today it crashed when I did a 10 pull and it took all my gems but didn’t give me any soul drops, I’m very disappointed, it took me forever to save up for it and having all the work just throw away is very disheartening.

Good but has its issues
For a block breaking game it’s about standard, the real stand out is the story. The first saga is really what I find I keep coming back for, sadly besides that much of the gameplay feels like endless grinding. Also I don’t know why the first saga is a whole different section from the main story? It makes it feel like the devs have just completely forgotten about the original story in favour of the first saga which is pretty sad

I REALLY love the game but my game keeps crashing midway in a puzzle or in a gacha pull ;-;
annoying
have to open the app twice because the first time it loads without any audio. notification icons on almost every tab in the game (gacha, cookie collection, mail box) that do not go away once you view them. unexpected crashes that ruin your win streak and interrupt gacha pulls. opened the app like normal and my save data was gone. no way to get it back because i was playing as a guest but there was no reason for my progress to reset. 🤷♂️ other than that, it was fun.

Help the game stopped working the screen just goes black after hitting 100% on the loading screen

Good game and lots of interactive content, issue is there’s so many activities and there’s no minimizer button so your screen is always full of things, a bit overwhelming.
Im Conflicted
So I started playing a while ago and I haven’t played for a while because the story isnt that exiting to me and the gameplay isnt as good as CRK or TOA which kind off disappointed me but also the voice acting is amazing and for all who love this series i would suggest playing if you love these kinds of game

Bad
Since new update game has been crashing when it previously never did. The new UI is also irritating, and some levels do not fit the screen properly and the bottom will be slightly cut off. Plus the story boss level i’m on is constantly freezing when it’s supposed to transition to the next stage. Can’t do anything, and it doesn’t ever unfreeze. Levels don’t save progress if you quit or crash so any power ups used are wasted too.

i love devsisters games and don't get me wrong witch's castle is really fun, but i do not like how when you first enter the game they're asking you to purchase something, also i don't get why we get so little gems ( why can't we use them for gacha ? ) , and don't get me started on gacha rates.. :/

This game could have been fun, but I’m sincerely disappointed that this game crashed every 7 minutes or so. Even Cookie Run Kingdom doesn’t crash that fast! Makes it hard to progress and to stay engaged.

Items returning in normal gacha.
During the first week of this game, and the entire first season, they made witchberry cookie’s obtainability seem limited time, only through the limited gacha, but all of a sudden it returns? This happened some time ago, but even then, the whole point of a seasonal gacha system is THAT it’s limited time.
