Missing Tsum Tsum for games
What to know why the DapperHatMickey Tsum is not a valid Tsum for the hat point battle game? It was at one point but no longer available for the as a Theme Tsums but showing as a "NON Theme Tsums". Crazy since the name of the Tsum has "hat" in the name.
Lucky Time Bust
While I like the app and play it all the time, lucky time for new tsums tsums can be a joke. I have spent 10 tickets, 150,000 coins, and 40,000 metals and still have’t gotten a new sum for the June game. This happens quite frequently. I will not be spending anymore.

Okay, I started playing this JUST for the twisted wonderland tsums, and I figured I would never play this again, but the game is honestly so addictive!! I love doing the daily missions and seeing the tsums! The game is very cute. It’s also not heavily centered around in app purchases, which is commendable for a Disney app.

Tried 10 times for new Tsum Tsum which were to have higher drops. Nope nothing. Scam to get anything you earned in the game.

Greatest game I've played
I downloaded it for the Twisted Wonderland Tsums, and I didn't expect it to be this fun. Best game I've played.
Line screwed me
I had a whole account. I had multiple Tsumtsums. One day line just nuked my account out of nowhere after I hadn’t played in a while. Don’t ever trust them. Don’t invest any money and I wouldn’t suggest putting too much time in this game either.
Skill levels and Medals
We’ve been playing this game for years now. We do enjoy it for something relatively easy to do. But we are a little disappointed on how difficult and how long it takes to increase skill levels for the characters. And now the new medals also make it difficult to obtain new characters. Can you please reduce the amount of medals it takes to get new characters? And allow skill levels to increase a little quicker? We also have a couple old characters that we never got when they were originally available. Could you please make it easier to obtain older characters that were missed? Thank you

I’ve played this game for years and I can no longer play it, just get an error saying no longer compatible but I can download the most recent compatible version then nothing happens! Small potatoes but heart breaking bc I loved and got used to these!! I’m so sad

Tsun Tsun game on mobile/ipad should be the same as the arcade ones. Can choose to use 2 characters at the same time. Then it will be more fun…

Notifications Do Not Work
It is a shame that notifications are not working for IOS. I have tried it ALL and nothing seems to work. I have uninstalled the app & reinstalling it. Reset All Settings in iPhone. Making sure that it was approved in LINE. LINE notifications are working. Tsum Tsum is NOT in the Background App Refresh list. How could it notify me of new actions if Tsum Tsum is Not allowed by the IOS to run in the background????

Good gameplay but the luck rate for the game is way too unfair for example to get big tsums it’s too hard to get things like 4 big tsums in a row and the draw rates is too unlucky too

I love the Twisted Wonderland Events!
Played and Got banned for playing.
I started playing for the kingdom hearts event and fell in love with the game. Even went as far as to buy Max from a goofy movie. After spending a few days playing in between work and regular life tasks i randomly find out im banned. When reading up on it most conclusions lead to playing too many games…. I feel so cheated and frustrated. Not really good for a product youre supposed to play
Why have the sound effects changed?
I’ve been playing this for years. I think it’s a fun game. I like collecting all the characters, participating in the events and completing the bingo cards. There used to be a cute little “squeak” that you heard when you started a round. Also, the music would let you know when you are running out of time. All that’s gone. I don’t know why it was changed but I wish they would put it back the way it was.
Can’t load game after update
After today’s update to ver 10.7.2, I could load & open game. Error code 12 appeared & stated I need SNS account linked with data 😕. I’ve no problem before this update

Really fun game but increasingly buggy
One of the most fun, engaging and addictive games! Been playing this game for years now, and initially the game ran very smoothly. But I've been experiencing connectivity errors, linking errors (with my Line account), and strangely the sound effects permanently do not work despite redownloading and restarting my phone and manually changing it in the game settings (will automatically be muted again). Now I can't login without there first being errors at the title screen. Hope this will be fixed because this game is truly so fun and I've invested so much time into it :(

This is a fun game with cute little characters but every time there is a error and it’s annoying me but it is still nice because it has no adds👌
No bonus added in final score
Use coins to buy Exp bonus, but the item bonus showed 0 in the final score after the recent update. Wasted my coins.
Cute but not much improvement over the years
Some suggestions: 1) Should really shift some old premium tsums to happiness tsums because their skills are not premium at all. 2) Please have an “open all” button for capsules. PLEASE DO THIS (I use all caps to capture attention), coz it’s SOOOO IMPORTANT N USEFUL. Sometimes we rush to earn 450k coins to open all but don’t hv the luxury of time to see the spinning animation, so couldn’t buy. And even if we don’t open at the last minute, it’s still a waste of time, I could play another 3 short games with the time taken for the animation of all 15 capsules.
Bring back the Twisted Wonderland tsums
Wonderful game however I want a Leona and Jamil Tsum as they are my favorite characters in Twisted Wonderland

I used to love playing this game. I recently started playing it again, but when they give you an option for free lives or free money for watching an ad the ad never stops and I never get what I’m promised by watching that ad so I have to close the app reopen the game, but I don’t get any benefit from that never-ending ad that has no option to exit out do better!

Fun and exciting game
The premium box method need to changed. I spend 1.3million coins and I still cannot get Donald and daisy pair tsum. What kind of nonsense is this? The priority should be give to those who spend more.
