Used to be fun but can’t play anymore because app keeps crashing during loading and it never reaches past 65%. Plus it takes entire 25 minutes to even reach those 65% - I have wasted an hour trying to download the additional files…

可愛くて癒されます
ご褒美でハートやダイヤなどありますが、受け取るとどこにも入っていない感じで、受け取りと同時に消えてしまうので、ちゃんと受け取れるようにしてもらいたいです。

the levels can be quite difficult sometimes and you'll have to either rely on pure luck or spend lots of currency, but plenty of events and challenges keep it interesting.
パズル作ってる人が変わったか？
リリース当初から遊んでいますが、最近難易度がおかしいです。 イベントステージは以前はある程度進めてラスト近くで高難易度という設定でしたが、最近は2〜3ステージから進ませる気がありません。会社の意向で課金を増やす指示が出ているのか、パズルを作成している人が変わったのか。 昔は攻略要素もあって楽しかったですが、今はクリアさせる気が無いゴミアプリになってしまい残念です。

何年前からやってるのか分からなくなってるくらい毎日やってますが辛くなってきました😣 イベントは比較的スムーズにクリア出来てたのが最近のイベントは激ムズでアイテム数個使ってクリアしないといけない始末💦 毎日の日課になってましたがそろそろかな😅 もう少し難易度を下げて貰えたら楽しめるのにと思います。

Love this game, but most recent event crashes
I love this game and play it every day. But I can’t find another way to report issues to the developer so I’m writing here: the most recent event, Cat’s Family, crashes the app whenever I try to play. I was able to do the first level (it crashed after I finished it), but whenever I click to play the second level, it just crashes. I’m very surprised because I have never had performance issues with this app before in the years I’ve been playing. I hope it gets fixed because I adore this game and was so excited for the event!!!

去年あたりから イベントステージがマトモにテストプレーしてないんじゃないかって言う構成になってしまった。 駆けつけドリンク使おうがクリア条件の２割も満たせないままゲームオーバー バージョンアップしても変わらないのを見ると意図的にやって課金させようとしていると推測。
Later stages are too difficult!
This game is fun at first, but as it progresses to the later stages, some are impossible to pass without using gems. The stages to rescue minikko are too difficult as well. It has been getting more and more frustrating to play.

charges twice for in-game purchases
the game charges you twice when you make a purchase. it sends two consecutive paypal emails and it shows up twice on my credit card. happened more than once; no more gems for me. i love the game though and would rate it 5 stars were it not for money.

It’s a fun game overall and ads don't get in the way of enjoyment. There are some things that aren’t really explained like where do I use the memory gatcha/hearts and took me a while to figure out the purpose of the keys.
Difficult and time spending for a level
The higher levels are setting more and more difficult and unreasonable. You will spend a long time (e.g. a week or longer ) to win a level unless you spend money / view ads to get the moves or items. It will be boring if playing the same level for many times. Otherwise, it will be a good puzzle game and the characters are cute.

しろくまが好きなのでイベント目当てでインストールしましたが、そのイベントが難しくてステージ2から先へ進めません😅ただ課金なしでもかなり楽しめるようにはなってます。

Takes for ever to download
Adorable but can’t pass levels anymore
This game is so precious and cute and I loved it a lot. But I’ve gotten to a point where the levels are literally impossible to pass, without buying tons of power ups. It’s sad because I really love this game and apparently there are like hundreds more levels, but it’s just impossible now and trying and failing all the time isn’t fun. I’m not even incredibly far in. Please fix this so I can keep playing!
Cute and no purchases required
Update — I used to love this game SO much! But I guess it’s the usual deal, you gotta buy crystals etc. I’m at level 370 or so, and it’s just sad and stressful, you can’t win a level more often than about every 10 attempts or so. Who has fun losing that much of the time?! It might be because I started buying crystals awhile ago, so I could play a little longer. I really liked this cute game. BUT Be warned, once you start buying, the game gets MUCH harder, since they know you will spend money if you lose a lot, just to be able to try harder. Here’s my early review from earlier, it makes me sad to see it now: This is the sweetest, funnest match game! Plus you really can play and win without being forced to buy things, unlike so many others.

Fun game… but hard at times!
Try to save up all your coins and rarely use them unless you want to buy more. I was stuck on Level 550 for months! No joke! Overall a fun and challenging game since you need to match 4 instead of 3. There are daily bonuses you can earn and fun mini games/adventures when you’re stuck on a really hard level. The directions aren’t super clear, but you figure it out over time.

This is a fun game. Yet, it has been mire and more difficult to pass, with limited moves and bonus, and expensive extra tools and moves. Hope it can be reasonable to be passed in a few runs.

Never try the 'Tap joy' advertise task!!!!
I was addicted to this game until it adds the 'tap joy' part. I tried to finish a task to get reward. I downloaded the 'Lord mobile' and it takes me ONE WEEK to upgrade the castle!! But no reward just because Sumikko forces me to update, and my device ID changes after updated! Oh, I contacted 'tap joy' and uploaded all the screenshots, but they cared about nothing other than device ID! I am so disappointed that I never want to play Sumikko any more! It's just a lie!
Hate the download
I like this game, except for the fact there is a download after just a few levels, which never works for me. Oh well good game otherwise

I was enjoying this game and all of a sudden it stopped working. It says it needs an update which I have tried to do but no update is available. In App Store it says it is updated. Very annoying. I had bought credit for this game that is now lost.

申し訳ありません、私はアメリカのプレイヤーです。しかし、日本語で書くことで、開発に関わる方に届けばと思いました。 このゲームはとても可愛くて楽しいです。しかし、「課金しなければ勝てない」スタイルは残念です。特に、ジェムの価格は非常に高額で驚きました。すみっコぐらしが大好きですが、ゲームの難易度が上がりすぎてしまいます。開発チームの皆様が一生懸命作られたことには感謝しておりますが、San-X様がライセンスを提供した会社には失望しています。 ぺんぎん？は困惑しています……。 20ステージごとに24,000コインを支払わなければ先に進めません。しかし、1ステージで得られるコインは約1,200枚です。 その結果、毎回20ステージ進むたびに、残ったコインはたった1回のガチャに使える程度しかありません。それまでに、何度も続行のためのコインを消費することになるからです。 最初に買い切りのゲームで、アプリ内課金がなければもっと良かったと思います。しかし、会社は利益を最大化することを優先しているように感じます。 それと…とんかつがえびふらいのしっぽと離れ離れになって泣いているのを見るのは、とても悲しいです。

Very cute puzzle game
Compare to sumi sumi and other like tsum tsum. No need to keep drawing main sumikko characters . Only collect their miniko or accessories. I did not need to do in app purchase very often like those games I mentioned. So I prefer it more . Every 3 hours can watch ads to get a diamond . Some games even though you spent a lot, you hardly get the result you want. This game does not disappoint me too much. Events can be very hard like Sumi Sumi. Tsum tsum is the easiest to clear (if you have enough good tsum) sumi sumi is the most difficult one . This game is just in bwteeen. I wish event can be easier . (Event normally can play unlimitedly . This is something I appreciated a lot . ) you cannot add too many friends only can link to Facebook play with your real friends.

there’s an issue.
when i try to get past level 12, it gives me the tutorial on how to pick my characters. I try to press it but the screen freezes up and won’t let me touch it to leave the tutorial. so far, i haven’t been able to get past this glitch and i’m really sad :( please fix!!
