Glitches
For the last month when the adds for rewards start it only allows me to watch one or two then ends. There are three stars and I have to click the clam button and get nothing.

Game won’t open
The game will not open. I’m goes to what looks like a bonus, but then it freezes and won’t open. I’ve hard closed it, restarted by iPad and updated everything. Still won’t open. If it doesn’t start to work soon, I’m just going to delete it.
weeks without new tasks
It shows that it’s been a little over 4 weeks since the last update and that’s about the same length of time it’s been since there has been new tasks. Since there’s supposed to be new tasks every three days, this has been really frustrating……for almost a year now…🤨

Clearly reduced your moves in the latest update! Suddenly much, much harder. Must have tough profit targets to meet for next year, huh?

Fun to a certain point
This game is fun at first but then the levels get so hard to the point that it takes weeks to beat a level without buying power ups and even the power ups sometimes don’t help. I’m on level 200 and I’m almost to the point of quitting.
Great game but buggy
I have played this game for over 14 years. It’s always been phenomenal. It appears the devs have stopped keeping it up to top bug-free coding now. Game randomly quits and closes mid level often and frequently. I guess there’s no point spending my money on it anymore.

Where are the trophy levels?
I keep finishing the newly updated levels and then play the bronze, silver and gold trophy levels at the end. Lately, however, the trophy levels aren’t present as often. What happened to them?

Can’t open app
I just downloaded this app but it won’t open. My iOS is up to date, I restarted my phone, nothing works.
Solid match three game, pop ups galore
So, gameplay is fun and has some variants that play into frozen storytelling pretty well. Design there is good. However, depending on whatever events are going on, you will get 2-7 pop ups to dismiss from menu to actually get to play the game. Wish they had a setting to ignore event notifications or something because it isn’t for me and now I just have a bunch of pop ups to dismiss to get to the game. Ads themselves aren’t too overdone, it is just unclear when they ate triggered (sometimes trigger between level attempts or moving to new level). It succeeds at being still very playable without purchasing things, though a bit more challenging as you will inevitably hit a bottleneck level that will depend a bit on chance. Just prepare for frozen characters to look disappointed whenever you fail a level. Overall, the game itself is fun, but UX choices that are pushing in-game events on me are annoying.
Multiplier Event Disappeared
What happed to the event that was supposed to run for 7 days? I opened the game in the morning and it was there, I went back in the afternoon and it disappeared! I had rewards to claim and it just disappeared 4 days before the end date. Please advise. This is my favorite event and I look forward to it each week. I work hard to get enough points for rewards and to reach the top levels so this is extremely disappointing.

AWESOME GAME
I love this game a lot it’s very relaxing and makes me feel smart when I complete a challenging level i love the sound effects of the breaking crystals i also like all the fun power ups that make the whole thing a lot more satisfying and how the map is endless (it feels like) the reason why I gave this game four stars only is because of the whole “store” thing I would like that to be changed and that we could be able to pay for some major things with gold coins instead of real money cause we can’t spend life lounging and spending money on a video game please fix this so we can easily enjoy the game more (you can keep the big bundles that cost real money but the little things like one ice breaker or a few power ups like snowballs should be able to be bought through the game with game cash and not real money)

Issues with completing Pumpkin Challenge
I’ve been playing this game for years and generally enjoy it, however I hit a glitch yesterday: I completed the Pumpkin Carving challenge and collected all the Plaza items, but the “We’ve got each other” platform decoration with Ana and Olaf didn’t appear and it’s not in my inventory? How can I claim it please?
Why is it always in beginning download some magic items everytime when I logon?

Frozen
Too much reshuffling of crystals, too many forced moves, not much chance to use strategy. Frozen’s Icy Shot was a superior game and I was sorry when it was discontinued.
Keeps Crashing
It worked fine yesterday. Today it won’t load at all and just keeps crashing. I rebooted the phone several times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still crashes and won’t open at all. Not the first time this had happened. So frustrating losing daily progress
Cut some of the ads!
This game has really gone down in my estimation due to the the number of ads, the length of the ads, the number of clicks to get you out of the ads, the loss of bonuses added due to the time taken by the ads - I could go on. Whilst I understand why there are ads, they are really taking over the game and spoiling the fun. Jam City - sort the ads out asap or you’ll be losing the valuable players you need!
Ruined by advertising update.
I’ve been playing this game for years, never had a problem but always have the sound effects and music off as I prefer it silent. Now that option has been removed, because the ads that have been added after the first- play come on at full volume with no option to mute. I will be ditching this until there is a fix or adverts are removed.

Inappropriate Ads
I love the game, been playing for years. But the ads are now completely out of control. I understand seeing ads in order to gain something but now they are playing after almost every level is completed, and often more than once! They keep taking you out of the game onto the ads website or the App Store. And most recently, the ads are featuring Martin Lewis and Deborah Meaden, which we all know are scams/fraudulent ads. Completely inappropriate.

Since the last update all my VIP Rewards/coins/etc are GONE. The entire section is missing from my store. I pay for the game to run without ads AND paid for the VIP ability to earn the prize bundle every Monday. PLEASE FIX.

I love this app and play all the time. But why is the app now crashing? I’ve played on it this morning and now a few hours later it won’t load. I’ve turned my phone off and on but no joy. Please sort this out

After this latest update, my app won’t open. It gets stuck on the loading screen and never loads. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I have plenty of room on my phone, I have a Stable connection… I’m not sure how to fix this.

What’s happened to my favourite game? Northuldra level 1251 doesn’t seem possible, I have played for days and only 2 of the 6 golden orbs needed have ever made an appearance. Surely a bug?

Adverts indicated as optional, but aren’t
I have been enjoying playing the game. However the recent update of adverts has been obnoxious. You are supposed to be able to watch an advert to get an extra life, or watch one to get three more moves. If you select to not watch, they sometimes still force you to watch. Why pretend like I have an option to advance in the game without watching ads, when the choice is not there and you’re going to show me the ad regardless? At least give me the reward.
Frozen - recently change to Ads, Ads and more Ads has diminished the enjoyment
I have been playing and enjoying this game since shortly after it was released. Completed more than 1 endless map and have reach Platinum level. I recall this having been through a few owners over the years and the current company has decided to generate more money, therefore the increase in Ads playing after every successful level. Reviews have been written since early November with the standard “we will pass on your concerns…”. No updated information and no change to the app for three months leave me believing the company management is enjoying the Ad revenue. With no option to purchase the app, in order to avoid the Ads, it is either stay playing the app with the annoying Ads or call it quits and find something in Apple Arcade were the monthly subscription ensures there are no Ads in the apps. I’ll give another month to see if there is an actual response indicating a change and if not, Remove App.
MUTE ADS
There are now ads that can't be muted or silenced by turning off the sound OR EVEN CLOSING THE APP. NOT ACCEPTABLE! There are times when I don't want to bother others (or my phone needs to be silenced) but I'll still play this game. NOT ANYMORE. What on earth makes you think this is ok? FIX IT!

Need a way to get rid of adverts
Been addicted to this game for about 10 years, but lately it’s so littered with adverts in between every heart level. Doesn’t seem to be a way to pay to upgrade and never see another advert (which after all this time I’d probably do); but its now at the point I feel like just deleting the app. I probably will when the frustration boils over.
Adverts are really irritating
This is a good game and I enjoy playing it. Recently though the adverts, which have started to pop up all the time, are a source of real irritation. The enjoyment is being ruined. I don’t mind watching an ad to get another life but I object to them between levels.
