Great App
I have always found this a great app and easy to use and create separate pots. I just wish there was a iPad version to be used alongside the iPhone version. As always with a lot of apps you cannot install the same app on the one device which would be useful when managing someone else’s account (which would have been the case for my mother, who had dementia)

Log in not working at all, please sort this asap
Dark mode
Please provide a dark mode. So important for older eyes. Otherwise a useable app.
The app
You download the app and then you can’t press anything as it’s too big for your screen and for a bank you can imagine whether withdrawal button would be not very helpful
Now requires iOS 16

Simple & easy to use
I’ve used this for a couple of years now, just a cash ISA, and had no issues. Simple to move money in and out. I don’t use the app regular, tend to put money in and leave it, but when I’ve needed to no problems at all.
Don’t
I am customer but the app doesn’t work. Going to get my money out as soon as possible and end my relationship. Avoid.
Easy to use, but needs a dark mode
The app is very straightforward and easy to use, but there are no app settings to help with personalisation, which is important for many users. Grey text on a white background can be difficult to see - dark mode can help with this when available. Developers, can you help?
Problem since recent update
Same problem as other reviews unfortunately. Was a great app until the recent update and now is full of glitches
Wish list - interest and pots
please can the interest gained from each pot stay inside the respective pots, instead of primary pot? Makes it easier when saving for separate things.
Great and easy to use
I love the ease of using this app and the fact that the interest is much better than the high street banks are offering. I also love the fact they invest my money in Green companies.
Login issues
I’ve been a customer for years. However lately the app has become nearly useless. Login doesn’t work, you end up having to reset the login process which takes ages. I’ve just withdrawn all funds from the account and will have to find another home for it with a bank that has an app that actually works.
Can’t log in
After the automatic update I have been unable to log back into the app, have emailed twice now with no reply!! Updated to four stars as I managed to get back into the app by fixing it myself, had no issues before this and was a good app before these recent issues
Can we please include interest rates paid
This app is not too user friendly compared with Monzo savings for example. I am a new user. I cannot see the interest paid on my profiles and made me wonder if I actually receive any interest at all against my savings.
Don’t transfer in ISAs from a lot of places
Make sure you do your due diligence before wasting your time opening an ISA that they accept who your current ISA is with. They only accept from a list. Plum is not one of them.
Update broke the App - NOW FIXED!
I updated the App and I can no longer access my account on my iPhone, please sort this out asap!!! UPDATE - I’ve changed the star rating as this issue has now been resolved and the app is working properly again
Poor app + better rates elsewhere
This app is really lacking — I’ve been using for over a year and logging in is often an issue. I’ve since moved to another easy access account with a better interest rate.
App login issues, poor customer support
App is unable to complete login process and keeps forcing me to reset the pin. Customer support are useless - live chat sessions time out because Tandem support takes too long to reply. Unable to connect by phone. Tandem support refuse to help with login issues over email. No daily interest displayed which is poor, given this is a standard feature with other app based banks. Avoid.
New app locks me out of account
So tried to access my account today and have to update app, unfortunately for me my phone is to old and won’t accept the new app which only runs on iOS 15 or above. So now to access my account I have got to buy a new phone. Thank you you tandem. Not even a text message for prior warning 😳
Poor authentication
Just installed this and it keeps telling me I’ve used an incorrect pin 3 times (when I haven’t) and then demands I reset it using sms code to phone. Pretty rubbish.
Out of date address book
I abandoned attempts to verify my identity as the address input page hasn't been updated for 5 years which is when the name of my house changed. There is no way to input manually so the bank verification will fail as the address will never match. Could be simple but suggests a lack of attention to detail.
App login doesn’t work
This was good at first but for about the last month whenever I try and login it doesn’t recognise my pin, and I have to ‘sign up’ again, where it then lets me get into my account rather too easily. Can’t wait till my fixed term is up and I can switch to another provider. Revolut has a much better app
Terrible
Joke of a company, can never get into see your car loan, when you try to reset passwords it never sends you a code
