Love Atom bank for it’s ease of use. Dislike the fact they don’t keep up with the rates. When I first joined they were great on both counts!

Downloaded the app a while ago and decided to open it . Asking me to accept terms and conditions without being able to check out anything about interest rates or the apps functionality . So will be deleting it

After depositing a large amount of savings the interest rate given dropped lower than nearly all there competitors so unfortunately I will be closing my account. The app is very smooth & easy to use but the lower rates I lose.

Disappointing app
Too simplistic for today’s technology. Not a lot of information available. Looks very basic. However, customer service is good if they’re not rattling off information.

I’m not happy either my face being used and stored for whatever matters. This is not ethical and go against my rights to privacy. I’m afraid I’ll have to close my account once it matures and stop praising your services

Atom bank has been excellent for me and my finances. They have provided different accounts for individual needs and the interest rates are very competitive. My online account is simple to use and very informative. I am very happy with this bank and will continue to be a customer.
Can’t log in now
I’ve loved the Atom app until today - Face ID has always been a bit temperamental but tonight I’ve tried at least 20 times (lighting not right, too far away, which one are you) so then I tried my password and that’s not working… and, of course, it’s after eight so I can’t phone so now I’ll have to ring on Monday morning! I was about to transfer more money into my account as the app was so easy to use - maybe time for a change sadly.

Have had savings with Atom for several years, app is good, so is customer service. However savings rates have been falling steadily and now not a good place for my day to day savings. Cash isa needs to be fully flexible and to accept transfers like other banks.

The app itself is necessary to open an account but it deprives you of any privacy whatsoever! Once my savings term is up I will be deleting because I am sick to death of companies who value your data more than your custom.

Ridiculous ID requirements.
Face and Voice ID are so flakey it makes this app unusable. What they don’t tell you if you have too many failed attempts is that even the passcode stops working - at least tell the App user why the passcode isn’t working.
