The app is so easy to use. It is fast, up to date accurate. I check it several times a day. It makes it so easy to keep track of my ever-dwindling bank balance. I think its best features are the budgeting screen and access to. My card PIN number

Think money is a great bank and dose everything I need it to do but back in September 2025 I got the new iPhone air and now I can not add my card to my apple wallet and and just keeps saying contacts card issuer and is becoming very annoying as I had my card on my old phone hope somebody reads this and can help me.
No Fees ha
Opened this account to put my friends who is disabled to deposit money for her. Stupid me it said no fees i lodged £300 and lost £10 in post office charge and a £3 fee don't recommend this at all hard enough to earn your money let alone be charged for the pleasure of depositing money UNSATISFIED

Be careful they are scammers! They will block your money without any reason!
Forced phone upgrades.
I have been with thinkmoney for many years now, appreciate the service, I have now lost access to because I don’t want a new phone every 5 minutes. With no website to use as an alternative I find it rather discriminative. My message was something like - upgrade your handset by the end of the month or lose access!

So opened account and everything was going great, decided to bank transfer money from TM to my main bank account, what bank charges you 10% of the amount your transferring for “faster payments” any other bank doesn’t charge you a penny for transferring money.

Very happy with the service. I understand the charges that come but to transfer money out the charges are very reasonable compared to Pockit who charge a bit too much only one issue I do have is for some reason my card can’t be added to iPhone or google pay

Don’t use
DO NOT JOIN THIS BANK. I’ve been with this bank for around 10+ years. Recently I had my account hacked and all my money stolen. By someone who new everything about think money. And it seems I’m not entitled to all of my money back. I got told at least we got some of it back. Wow if that’s how they treat their customers I wish all new customers the best of luck. If I could give zero stars I would. Definitely closing this account.
