Worst Banking App Ever
Full of too many errors and too many bugs, doesn’t want to submit anything, i have to restart the app many times to even just see my balance. So it is useless and not helpful at all, not achieving the purpose of mobile banking.

For a bank like QNB, such an app is not representing the brand. Too slow, goes around in circles, and the only app that requires the developer mode to be off!!!

App performance and display
The general appearance of the application is very bad compared to the applications of other banks - also the way the display inside the application is bad - the font size does not match the screen space - the failure to activate the Arabic language, as in the bank’s applications for other countries, is a clear distinction by not paying attention to customer requirements. Finally, you have higher security and Privacy for private information and secure application

It’s good to make application for the bank But need to add some options like to make transfers to other accounts I no have access to transfer money throw the app, it’s just i can check my account balance only

Very basic, needs improvements
App features are ridiculously limited, even domestic transfer isn’t available, no App notifications, very complicated process to change password on mobile screen, too many security measures particularly for online payment with sms verification only to local numbers, slow to navigate, the most stupid feature of all time (m token) urgently need to be replaced with up to date technology. Please invest in the app and technology to encourage mire people to use your bank and also pay with card and online. It will be a huge plus. It’s a shame to have such an App for quite famous bank.
