Poor connection
Don’t waste your time
convenient
so so
No Bluetooth connectivity
After several years still not connecting Bluetooth speakers. They should fixed at least once for good. I hope team is purposely holding this.
Continually having problems signing in.
When we call in the system is getting worse, by not letting us in on the call.
Great app
We have been using this app for over 10 years. We started with the first app and I believe this is the third upgrade. Only thing I wish that could be fixed is while I’m hosting using my cellphone, I could still see participants after I add a caller to the line.
Not intuitive
Sucks. No directions. Not intuitive. Impossible to sync contacts with.

Issue
I am not able see all the participants when I attend in tab or phone...whereas if I attend in laptop I am able to view everyone Pls rectify this
Please
Hi
Great app
I am so proud of this app. It allows me to connect with people all over the world in one place and that is awesome.
Noise
My prayer line was noisy. People saying they were blocked???
General Mute button
I love this wonderful App especially as it is free all through. Kindly add a button that the initiator of the call can mute & unmute anyone. Aside this it’s a very useful App.
Freeze
The app keeps freezing and i don’t get the option to share video or mute , unmute . The screen freezes up completely .
Some glitches
It is good until it kicks me out of my room if I open my call and go back to the app. I have to keep calling back but then it shows me being in the conference twice.
High Quality
Love FCC I have been using this app for years now and it is my go too for everything digital meetings. Way better than zoom or teams or other products.
Scam app
Scammers tell you to download to get access to you phone
Accessibility
Please properly test this app with screen reading software such as VoiceOver on iPhone, or talk back on androids equivalent. When we try to navigate using those assistive technologies, not everything is properly announced, and when we reach a certain point such as trying to get back from profile to the main list of recent meetings, it won't even allow it while voiceover is on. It keeps moving back to the beginning and makes you go through the choices on the profile again. my wife does all my tech support for me, and this is really inaccessible to her.
Not as expected
We have used the phone call, which is very good..by the internet calling is not up to the mark. The voices are breaking.
After updated ios 17 some issues
Good app Using from past 3 years for meetings But now after ios 17 update it’s having some issues Not able to chat in app If doing so it gets disconnected
Mary
Good communication methods thanks
No customer support
I’ve been using this app for eight years and a 12 step program, and I’m having trouble with it on a new iPhone. Neither Apple nor my phone service provider can help me with a problem. and FCC seems to offer no support.
Pandemic Woes
It is getting more and more difficult to get online to do Bible Study. We have been using this service for years. Calls are dropped, lines are inaccessible and then for a kicker, we are now told that we will incur charges of $1 per minute through certain carriers because our conference line is not associated with a network. Please work out the kinks. I have enjoyed this service, but it is getting hard. No video ?
Very helpful, but some improvements
Able to make conference calls anywhere I am. Only problems are; there is no way to adjust the level sound that is picked up from my phone and whenever my phone alarm rings whilst on a call it doesn’t connect me back to the call.
No access with Alexa or google.
I cant access this aap alexa. Please make the provision. Overall fine.
Great app
I’ve used this several times for meetings and it really is a great app. Thank you for it.
Dislike
Used for scamming
Brilliant app
This app really helps to keep us in one love 👍🏿
My video does not show on screen
Others can see me, I cannot see myself. This happened suddenly last week. Please fix the bug
Review
I gave it 3⭐️is because you can’t a photo to your circle if you have a phone like me ( apple iPhone).
Reliable and Easy
Free conference has come a long way. Nevertheless it has always been reliable and easy to use. The best part is that you can get it for free or pay to increase your options of service. Either way they are reliable, sound quality is excellent for conferences calls!
Terrible
Cannot get audio, just static and random noise
My reason for 4 stars
The app is overall very good and well polished, but it’s 2022, apps should have a option for a dark mode, it’s a standard. Late night when you get in the app it hurts your eyes. Dark mode is needed, it also saves battery, please don’t put a grey background, a nice deep black so when my brightness is high my eyes don’t hurt from the grey or the dark colour at the back. That’s the main issue. But thank you for your head work and making this app
Frequently disconnects
Frequently disconnects the call and we have to rejoin and the option to join via dial in is not working 80% of time.
Bizarre
Cette application est tellement bizarre qu’on reçoit des appels venant de l’étranger .... obliger de supprimer l’application pour ma sécurité
Pastor Dale
FCC is an excellent teleconference service that helps strengthen, build, and enrich our church community. It provides a reliable and accessible platform for connection, prayer, teaching, and fellowship, allowing us to stay united even when we cannot gather in person. We are grateful for how this service supports our spiritual growth and community engagement.
A waste of time!
Yall need to stop creating apps just to make money with downloads, this is app is dirt it took me 20 mins to figure out how the F to start a conference. And deleted the app before figuring it out. Its not normal that in 2025 we are still dealing with these useless app, wasting our time and energy just to boost the quota of downloads not caring if the app get deleted after as long they make their money
A little fiddly... otherwise a great app.
A great app until latest updates made it rather fiddly.
Not able to mute those who disrupt!!
This is a great app and very convenient! However it lacks the ability for the conference organizer to mute and unmute anyone who is disrupting the conference in any way! This is essential to enjoying the use of this app, and greatly reduces it's use!! Please fix this to give the organizer of a conference more control over the participants actions during the conference!!
Ppt is not visible..
Most of the time ppt is not visible while attending classes.. Please resolve the problems ASAP.. 🙏🏻
MixShowMadness
This is a great service for all my Dj calls
Crash
Poor/no communication between FCC technical staff and end user, when changes or updates take place. End user don’t learn of the changes until it is time to use the application, making it laborious during session when critical time don’t allow for a smooth transition between users and the FCC Application!
Sound quality intermittent
Great concept and I love how it brings people together. But sound quality can be v poor
No Canadian number! So not free for Canucks.
Many other countries have a number they can call so they can use this service for free but for some reason, the developers have chosen to omit Canada from this service. Even with a US call package with your cell provider this app’s area code is exempt from that service (read the fine print). Why the developers would choose to omit the US’s largest trade partner from their international numbers list is beyond. Otherwise a great product. Look elsewhere however if you want to speak with Canadians.

Good
Works perfectly!
Word Alive Worship Center at 87 Christiana Road, New Castle, DE 19720 uses this conference call service for their daily Kingdom Ambassadors Devotional Line. We have been using this service for a long time and it seems to work very well.
Scam
Scammer tried to get me to download it.
Audio Sound can be improved
You have to strain to hear at times, l think this can be improved.
Not user friendly
Extremely difficult to set up, even after someone joining it says, "your the only one in the call"
Good but can’t rate 5
I love this app for using confrence call . Sometimes voice is not reachable due to network issue
