Not even competitor at the moment
I was thinking of switching to norton from nord. Not even close to be a replacement. Very glitchy and slow on my ipad, does not want to load on my hicense tv even tho app is available. Already spend over 30min trying to load it. Nope sorry. Not wasting my time anymore
Brutal!!
This app has not been working for days and fails to connect. Trouble on our end is the error message. What am I paying for??
It’s okay
It’s okay - it connects a lot like a lot a lot and you have to keep disconnecting it
Works in China (as of 2026-June)
I’m traveling in China now, and found out that most VPN are no longer working, except Norton. I can check and send my company email which hosted by Microsoft 365.
Version 4.2 suboptimal
This new release has a bug, the VPN IP address stays anchored in one place, you may want to switch to another location and the app tells you it did but the IP address stays the same. Now, the VPN option disappeared from the app, I had to delete it and reinstall it, just to turn the VPN off. Fix the bug!
Top tier product
Norton is by far, a full package security product! Highly recommend: 10/10
Trouble
Sometimes it won’t connect
Bon + cie installation
Not compatible with cie actual vpn. Blocked everything
Can’t turn on or off in control center
I constantly have to go in the app to turn on and off the VPN, even though it’s configured properly
Security App
Exceptional Security Performance !
Error
While traveling receiving errors and unable to use. Useless app.
Va bene ma…
Interfaccia migliorabile
VPN

Mojo
It’s the easiest way to get vpn on your devices. I’m not a computer person and it was very easy to follow the directions. Thanks Norton.

Freeze my IPhone
All good on my IPad, terribly disappointing on my IPhone 13 and 3 other iPhone from my family member. Slows down everything, had to remove the app and won’t renew my family subscription.

VPN doesn’t stay on
This makes the internet get interrupted. A lot of money for not very much
Never failed me yet!
Never failed me yet!
New update buggy and won't work
This app was previously very reliable. The updated won't connect and once reinstall it it just locks up on my iPhone
Norton 29-05-2024
Non ho constatato vantaggi tangibili
Problem with purchasing vpn from Apple or but it directly from Norton
I’m not happy at all. I am not sure if like last year I am going to pay for 1 product once to Apple and once to Norton. I am afraid pay twice and Norton charge me twice.
Expensive
I use Norton on all my devices. My iPhone VPN protection from Norton is quite expensive for on year protection. Sometimes it does not load automatically. Lately it seems Norton is all about marketing and not customers satisfaction.
Best internet protection I ever had
Highly recommend this service to everyone who needs protection
Service on Norton is poor.
I have 5 device protection. Absolutely no way to get a person to help. I need to change provider.

Rapporto prezzo qualità ottimo
Can’t sign in
Can’t sign in since update..I can never understand why update when app works fine
Users friendly
Seems to be easy to set up so far and good for my privacy’s protection
Limited locations
Disappointed in the amount of locations listed. Example it lists a lot of European countries BUT all those same countries follow EU guidelines, so what is the point.
Greatest
The best antivirus you can found and have on the market hands down
Sometimes it works
It isn’t working right now. Do not know why. It is like the weather; sometimes the sun shines, sometimes not.
Ótimo
Proteção admirável
Why does VPN disconnect?
My VPN on my mobile phone disconnects on its own when I’m at home. I can’t rely on it to remain “on” when connected. I have to check it regularly. And, I have Norton security on my home internet connection.
