Even in a 5G coverage area, the data speeds are extremely poor and unusable for basic tasks. When I contacted Jio customer care, the advisor refused to assist with troubleshooting and abruptly disconnected the call mid-conversation. This level of service is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on Jio’s customer support standards.

Useless network in India
Very bad experience with Reliance Jio. I recharged ₹399 monthly plan, but every day I receive a message that 100% data is already used in the morning itself. This is unacceptable because my usage is very low. I am forced to recharge additional data daily even for emergency needs. This clearly shows poor data tracking or network issues. On top of that, the MyJio app is not updated properly and does not show correct information. Overall, very poor service and waste of money.

How to recharge from UK ., can you let me know the procedure please
I have been receiving calls umpteen times this irritates me, every time I get the I have to rush to my pocket, and find that’s it’s Jio I know I have to recharge, please don’t remind me every now and then, or I’ll have to change to other services that pleases me . Thank you very much.

Data usage is inaccurate
MyJio app says, “Watching videos for 10 - 15 minutes” consumes 1GB data. It is ridiculous as the video size is few hundred MB only. Customer support says it is because iPhone. Too much of disturbance messages even after dnd (Do Not Disturb) enabled. Please suggest a data reliable service provider as Reliance is not reliable. Thanks.
