What people like
- Super easy to use
- Great scan quality
- Very reliable long term
What they complain about
- No text search in PDFs
- Email sending often fails
- Support never actually helps
- Hidden paywall after first use
Working
Needs to have video attached to it
Poor scan quality
This used to be an amazing app, I’m not sure if the phone updates can be blamed as other apps are now far better! Come on guys you had it, what’s happened I’d pay a small one off fee if it was brought back to life.
Google Drive
Excellent app which would earn five stars if it connected to Google Drive
Great products but
Unless I haven’t figured out how, it’s impossible to organize documents based on date. I have to rely on iCloud back up to allow for this. I think, however, the app should do this automatically. Otherwise excellent scanner.
100%
I have been using TurboScan for 6 years. I have never had 1 issue. It’s absolutely the best app!
Gone down hill
It’s impossible to get the ap to auto or manual focus correctly! I keep getting only half a page?! It’s very frustrating and now user friendly- used to be way better
Needs minor adjustment
I find this app works great, but I wish I could manually adjust the scan after I take a photo of the receipt.
Keine Texterkennung OCR
Having issues not sending to my email
I’ve never had this issue before
W/G
Works great, my brother told me about this app, I use it for the basic stuff. My mom is in assisted living so I receive her mail to my address. When Ever it comes to Bills or Medical, I use the app to take pictures and send it to my brother and sisters for them to review. My brother takes care of her financial stuff. So it’s real simple to use for me.
Save to iCloud Drive
Does the iCloud Drive work? I am trying to save my scanned docs to the iCloud. Doesn’t seem to be working.
IPhone
I recently changed to iPhone and it doesn't send emails.
No OCR
No OCR and therefore no search capability. This is bizarre given the developer also sells an OCR app. The two need to be integrated. Quite disappointing. Aside from that, the capabilities of the app aren't clear on the App Store. Can it correct curved and creased pages? It doesn't say.
Best investment
This is absolutely the best investment I made, this app makes it easy for me to send documents while in the field
Old & new
I can't transfer data from the old app to the new one, and copy photos from my pictures to this app.
Wonderful
I have been using this app for years. It is amazing. A total game changer.
Très performant et pratique
Cette application est la meilleure du domaine. Je m’en sert très régulièrement.
Problem with emailing
The function to email too self stopped working for me a few weeks, was a great app till then. Developer please solve this problem it really is no good to me now
Needs tweaking
Great app but if the paper has just a slight crease in it it won’t take the photo
Where were you all my life?
This is the most complete scanning app I know. Very flexible but also very intuitive. Once you have it you’ll find uses for it in your home and work life.
Good pdf scanner, room for some more features
Easy to use, and quick. It would benefit from being able to change orientation of scanned pages after finishing scanning document- currently it’s necessary to delete and rescan to change orientation of page.
I don’t support Ukraine but giving a shot to it’s supporters printingapp
Being tortured by junkiest ever app called HP Smart for years. Desperation made me try all the apps in the market. Hopping to update my review to a 5 star
The Best!
This is really one of my best apps and I use it all the time. Forget Fax machines this is the best.
Easy and effective
Turboscan is Easy and simple to use, and it is great for taking photos of documents or exams. It is worth the price!

Super handy
Love this ap! Clear scans. Use the 3x mode
Turbo scan
Very hard to scan. Very hard to focus. I am intending to delete and go back to the original one I was using
Cost was unexpected
I downloaded the app to scan some documents while moving house. It worked well but, today when I opened it again, I now have to pay $10.99 to use it. If I’d know that in the first place, I would have made other choices. Not impressed.
Sending issue
Issues sending to specific email servers
Outstanding Product
I have been using TurboScan for several years and it is SIMPLY OUTSTANDING!Easy to use and delivers wonderful quality.
Highly Unreliable
The auto capture function is hit or miss. Highly unreliable if you want to send the scanned file to your email. You may receive the file in the evening if you have sent it in the morning. Don’t know if it is their server problem or something else.
Really good
Would be improved by adding spell check to the app. When writing a title for the entry, it’s criminal not to offer spell check, is this a difficult thing to add ? It’s so cumbersome that this isn’t there. Please update Team TurboScan. Looking forward to re-reviewing a 5* app once they do
For work
Exactly what I need
Apps
Donn’t buy apps it is rubbish doesn’t scan

Fab but why have you removed ability to save to Ondrive, Dropbox etc??
No direct support whatsoever..... In bed with Apple? I’m now using a more flexible & equally as good scanning app that allows me to store docs in whatever my business & clients use (Onedrive, Dropbox, google docs etc) as you used to, not just Apple’s storage!!!! Really p’d off about this as used to love this app.
