تطبيق جيد جداً ويساعد المستفيدين منه بسلاسه ونتمنى ان يكون تحويل الاموال بين باقي المصارف الاخرى .
Ridiculous bank
This bank is ridiculous! On their own app, they say customers should keep at least 500,000 Iraqi dinars to maintain bank services, but when you call customer service, they always say, 'We don't have a Kurdish employee,' even though this bank operates in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq

نظام كلش قديم يرادلها تحديث مثل تطبيق كي كارت
Lack of notifications
Not all transactions are showing in the apps only few and even those are not being notified immediately!! And this makes the app not useful at all

الحد الاعلى للصرف اليومي قليل جدا
الخدمة في الخارج اصبحت سيئة لا استطيع سحب اي مبلغ من خلال اجهزة الصراف تجربتي كانت في تركيا ، و ايضا هنا عند وضع الحد الاعلى للصرف ٦٠٠ الف واجهت صعوبة في حجز تذاكر طيران ع الرغم من اتصالي بخدمة العملاء و وعدوني برفع سقف الصرف لغرض شراء التذاكر لكن لم يحدث و اضطررت احجزها من بطاقة غير مصرف . ارجو النظر في هذه المشكلة خاصة عندما يكون الصرف لغرض شراء تذاكر سفر او حجز فنادق

App has bugs
I’m not sure if there are any bugs, however when I try to verify my national ID, it keeps crashing and shows an error on my phone. I hope this gets fixed ASAP. It’s become a nuisance.

فعلو شعارات التطبيق عند الصرف واحد مسافر شلون يعني الا ع sms !! ثانيا الغو هاي الفقرة السيئة مال الرصيد المتاح والرصيد الحالي مالها داعي كلش !! خلو حركات بسرعة تبين بلتطبيق بدل هل شي بس اريد اعرف يا فاشل صممه ويا عقل تعبان
تفاصيل الحركات غير واضحة وغير مذكورة ولا تصل رسائل الاستقطاع
التطبيق كان افضل في تزويد المعلومات لكن الان لا يظهر اي توضيح في نوع الحركة اين تمت وفي اي مكان وهذا امر ضروري جدا لا تصل رسائل الاستقطاع كما ان هناك مبالغ لحد الان لم استردها وقدمت طلب فيها حدود الدفع الشهري واليومي اصبحت غير منطقية ولا من مجيب شكرا

اذا كمت مسافر خارج العراق ما يجي اي اشعار شكد صرفت لان ماكو شبكة ع سيم كارت ولا يتواصل واتس ومن تدخل على الحركات ما يبين الا بعد فترة وشراء اونلاين ما يرهم لا حجز فنادق ولا شراء تضطر تستخدم QI

Its a shame for a large bank to have a malfunctional app like this, i tried to change my debit cards spending limit and there’s nothing you can do after you open that section, seems like they forgot to program that section, such a shame

Onboarding issues
Please fix the onboarding journey, i can't create an account for me and my friend I tried to do the onboarding first then i realised i didnt have my passport with me, then after trying again after a few days now it tells me you have an account login again. This has happened to a lot more people i am sure please. I tried loggin in and it tells me to continue onboarding, but when i do it i pass document scan and then it says technical difficulty and it sends me back
