The interface is worse than the regular Shaadi.com app. You can’t check horoscope match and it won’t let 2 people be logged in at the same time. My parents and I use it, but every time I want to check the app it logs my Dad out and vice-versa.

Total waste of money
I have invested money in this scam by their agents were saying all the time how we will personalise your profile will give you quick response and don't know what and as soon as I had paid the amount I got another response maybe after two weeks and the agent was sending me random profiles even after me mentioning my criteria I am deeply disappointed in the service they have provided
Fine, but lacks a true premium feel
While the service is functional, it has not been seamless as expected. The consultants are helpful in some aspects, but their approach often comes across as sales-oriented, which detracts from the personalized experience I was looking for. Navigating time zone gaps remains a challenge. It’s an “okay” service, but the emphasis should shift from upselling to genuine matchmaking.

Don’t Look Yourself, Get Yourself a Personal Consultant.
I stay in the United States and I’ve been with Shaadi for over two years now and Shaadi has come a long way from what it was two years ago. Rishabraj Singh is an SS-tier consultant and has really put in the work to help me find matches recently. In the beginning it was extremely difficult to find any matches on this platform, and even now it is quite a challenge, but at least having Rishab working actively in the background helps make it seem that at least someone is helping me out when I’m not actively looking myself.
VIP in Name Only
I’ve been using the VIP service on Shaadi.com for a few months, and the experience has been disappointing overall. For a paid membership, I expected better-quality matches and more meaningful progress, but that hasn’t been the case. The profiles I received were quite limited and often didn’t match my preferences well. Even when I showed interest, very few connections actually went anywhere. It feels like there’s a lack of genuine filtering and personalised support, which is surprising for a VIP service. It’s not a terrible platform, but based on my experience, it’s definitely not worth the extra money. I expected more value and better results for what I paid.

Save your money. Shaddi’s paid VIP matchmaking service is essentially a scam. I paid for their matchmaking service and got nothing in return. Even when matches appeared, their team gives zero updates. The consultants never followed up properly and completely failed to set up calls. Most of the time the consultant was simply “out of the office” so your subscription just goes on and gets wasted. It’s an awful frustrating experience I would recommend that you don’t waste your money on this premium consultant service that they offer.

Fake Profile
I am a VIP member and have been using Shaadi for a long time. Around 2.5 months ago, I reported a fake profile and shared some details about it. However, the profile has only been hidden from my view after complain. I expected that such profiles would be permanently blocked so that I and other women can feel safe while using the platform. I do not understand why Shaadi.com still allows fake profiles to remain active even after a complaint has been raised.

Once they have you money. They don’t give two hoots about you. Have shared my info with hundreds of goons on their platform and despite complaints are continuing to do so. Anupam Mittal is unresponsive and too busy with his celebrity status. If you are a woman and want to be safe online… DO NOT SIGN UP. They get away with being tardy in India, it’s a matter of time that they will get sued in the USA

Paid a premium, got nothing in return
I’ve been extremely disappointed with the VIP Shaadi service. I had to request a change of my relationship manager after just 3 weeks because the first agent went completely unresponsive. Even after switching, both agents themselves admitted that most prospects don’t pick up because the calls appear as spam on their phones. I paid hundreds of dollars for a 4-month plan, expecting better support and genuine conversations, but the experience was underwhelming. With the regular Shaadi service, I could connect directly and had a much higher chance of meaningful interaction. With VIP Shaadi, I barely managed to speak to 3-4 prospects in four months. For the price and the promise, the value just wasn’t there. Overall, it felt like a waste of time and money.
