Dedicated Support That Truly Cares
I initially took the Active Plus assisted service, thinking “how hard can this be?” 😄 Little did I know… finding a life partner today is probably more complex than clearing UPSC! Honestly, even if Mohanlal himself created a matrimony profile, I’m pretty sure it would still take time. Expectations these days are on another level — society has turned matrimony into a full-time recruitment process with 108 filters 😅 But through all this, my executive Aashraya has been incredibly patient and consistent. She calls every week, shares genuine profile updates, follows up regularly, and actually puts in real effort behind the scenes. Coordinating between families, preferences, expectations, and reality is not an easy job — and she handles it with professionalism and calmness. Because of the dedicated support and transparency, I’ve renewed my subscription for another year. The process may take time (thanks to modern expectations!), but having someone sincerely working on your side makes a big difference. Appreciate the effort and commitment 👏
SCAM DISGUISED AS A MATRIMONY APP- threats, not service
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. But since that's not an option, here's your well-deserved ONE. These executives are polished professionals ONLY until you buy their package. The moment your subscription expires, their tone flips 180° – from "helpful advisors" to downright bullies. They don't guide you. They don't support you. They threaten you into buying again. No match suggestions. No assistance. Just pure pressure tactics and fear-mongering. Other matrimony apps actually care about their users – this one only cares about your wallet. They treat you like an ATM, not a person looking for a life partner. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. STAY AWAY. This app doesn't deserve your trust, your data, or your hard-earned money. Worst. Experience.

Worst Matrimony PP
I tried this app first before paid get into paid version. In this app u can’t even get see profile matches. It’s showing few profiles matches as per your preference. But if you try check with that it automatically close this app. Worst matrimonial app ever created.

So uncoordinated
The live support is not even available 24/7. They are only available to help in assuming when they are awake during day time. The app is pretty decent. The only worst thing about it is the 24/7 live support agents.

Frequently my account gets logged out from the app on iOS devices which is quite annoying.

Good Service by Preeja - Active Plus
I had opted for Active Plus Membership and was allotted ℙ𝕣𝕖𝕖𝕛𝕒 as dedicated relationship manager. ℙ𝕣𝕖𝕖𝕛𝕒 has always been very supportive, helpful and proactive in delivering the service.
Over heating phone
I am using a high end phone bt still when i use this app phone is over heating.
Good design, but less features
The new design is good. But it logs out everytime we use and I have to login again, every time I open the app.

Horrible Waste of Money & Time
This app is a nightmare. It keeps logging users out for no reason, shows the same handful of profiles on repeat, and never delivers anything new. I paid ₹12,000 for their so-called “assisted service” and not a single person from their team bothered to contact me. Totally unprofessional and misleading. Save yourself the frustration and stay away from this app.

Poor app development
This app keeps getting logged out on iOS. This issue has been there since last year and still isn’t addressed. It’s very frustrating for the users to log in 3-4 times a day. What is the point of buying the packages if you can’t fix a basic functionality which hampers the user experience. Other iOS users have also reported the same issue.

I am an active Plus user of M4Marry, and I have been receiving excellent support and service from the team. My assigned relationship manager, Praveenamol has been incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process. She did a walk through session for the app during the welcome call , which I felt was really helpful.

I took subscription of the premium package and overall I had a very good service quality. The service executive Ms. Preeja did an excellent job in understanding ny needs as well as in executing it. Ms. Preeja is very systematic in her responsibilities.

We were on the Active plus package and was interacting with an executive named Preeja. She was following up on a regular basis and was very patient in answering all the queries. Overall she provided great support, but the sad part is that we couldn’t get any match

Even if u are a paid member its of no use. There are other matrimony apps which are far better than this. You won't receive any calls properly. They have very high schemes may be they would give u the ability to receive calls if u have that.
