Worst App, I reported more than 3 times they have not resolved yet. They only respond to take paid membership. I have not got a single notification when call customer care they were told to change my preference because they are not ready to check what the actual problem is in this app. I have not added any preference.

Waste and useless app
Such a fake matrimony.When a person is from Thiruvananthapuram, they only provide alliance in North kerala.Then after the validity period end they provide one profile from Thiruvananthapuram. Such a waste and useless. I will not recommend this app at all.This is my third renewal.

This app has lot of bugs .Company is so big but why kerala matrimony not fixing the bugs in app. I have told many times these things to their customer service but still no change .Here search is an important thing , search is not at all working, if iam searching from UAE , it will show results from INDIA and UAE both . Solve the issues so that I can give you 5 star.

Want apple team to take a look as well as how matrimony is diff in android as well as ios Issue 1 App do not recognize that I already logged in today and if i try tomorrow it asks me to log in - thisHappens if you login in multiple days or when you upgrade to the latest version in the app store Issue 2 -The profile continuously keeps on loading unless you close the app again and then open it again that will load the profileThis behavior is so explosive to iOS app of KeralaMatrimony Issue 3 -In order to circumvent the app crashes the application tries to keep the session active when the profile does not retrieve so that they can smartly circumvent the application checks done by Apple itself would be very happy if the team who is trying to hide the issue actually put the effort on fixing the problems
Amazing app
This app is an amazingly user friendly and ease to use, appreciate all the efforts taken to meet customer requirement. I have below suggestions/constraints based on the usage of app a) The iOS app gets closed abruptly when the search results are more than 1000+ b) Sudhajathakam with yes or no option would more add value for the users with sudhajathakam c) With label name as Dosham acceptable in search criteria and profile creation with below values will ease like 0 to 1, 0 to 0.5, 1 to 1.5, 1.5-2,1-2 etc.., d) Search criteria like cast no bar and salary selection like from 1 lac to any amounts it’s give account that doesn’t fall in the criteria

Fellows, Don’t go with it. Same profiles loading all the time. Even no response for my emails. Their call center executives cannot help you. Even if you install it, DO NOT PAY any cash for upgrading/subscriptions !!!
