Don’t buy it’s premium plant it’s a trap
When I initially logged into the BetterHalf AI app, I suddenly received 8 likes within three days, but all of them were hidden. To view those likes, I was asked to buy a subscription. I fell into the trap and purchased their service. After that, despite swiping right on more than 400 profiles, I did not get a single match. For the next three months, I received zero likes—literally zero. Out of all the likes I had earlier, only one was genuine; the rest appeared to be fake. This clearly feels like a scam designed to extort money from users. Additionally, the app shows an offer of a 3-month subscription for around ₹1587–₹1600, but when you proceed to payment, they directly charge ₹1999. This is misleading and unethical. Overall, this is a total fraud. Please be aware and do not fall for these tactics.

Giving out locations in the app seems to be of no use! None of the profiles are matched from nearby locations! Shouldn’t have bought the paid plan!

It’s totally up to you.
After creation of profile, you will get request to connect but when you try to accept it and it shows you loading and loading and loading it does not stop. So I thought this might be Internet issue but even switch to strong network same issue. So then I declined request so again I got 1 request to connect but same happened this time as well. Same loading issue in chat section as well. You are asking people to pay nearly 2500 monthly toh bhai service achhi do. Kahi ye scheme aisi toh nahi lalach do ki request aai hai but accept karni hai toh subscription lo aur jab subscription liya toh match hua partner gaayab 😂.

One of the best app and better than any matrimonial site but there are lot of glitches in the app. IT team needs to work on it.

App is really good to use. But I am not getting matches from my state. Mostly North Indian profiles are getting. If it will be from my state means it will more helpful...
Good app to find a partner
The app is quite good and useful to find a partner for life. I had an issue with changing location for which I sent a mail to their team and received a prompt response. They resolved the issue quickly. Thanks
Looks like a scam in broad daylight now.
For someone staying in Delhi and the preferences clearly indicated in terms of location, i see no reason to show profiles from rest of the country. Looks like a waste of money, time and efforts. Every time matches are refreshed, one hardly gets to see 1-2 profiles for the shared location. Forget about sending a request to connect.. seriously considering contacting my bank and disputing the membership amount..

Pure bait-and-switch scheme—do not waste your money!
Do not waste your hard-earned money on this app. Before buying a subscription, I was getting 5 to 6 match requests every single day for almost two months. But the moment I paid, everything completely stopped. It has been 6 months since I bought the subscription, and I haven't received a single request, nor has anyone accepted mine. It feels fake and completely misleading once they have your cash.
