Unwanted messages
I have specifically mentioned that the enquiries must be from Lingayath community only. Still I get messages saying so and so has seen your profile… Did you like it? What the hell

The app has very limited profiles as per your requirements, and you should check the available data before paying. After login, contact details are often unavailable and you’re pushed to upgrade to Prime. Customer care is not helpful either. Please check carefully before making any payment. Many users may be facing the same issue.

Frustrated completely - In initial stage of Gold Membership they showed many profiles , day by day it’s reduced and an certain time it’s completely gone . If we ask them regarding this , they ask us to take Assisted service option for more visibility and more profile to see .
Not compatible with iPhone X
This app always have bug issues and keeps crashing. BharatMatrimony maintains well, but why not this. They both owned by the same company. I wonder why they don’t take much care of this one.

App is completely slow ,i have a high speed internet still app works very slow .. kindly make better server .
Not convenient to approach
It is always showing something went wrong but can’t read it again or refresh . Otherwise quite helpful to find within community. Recommend but need a support from customer service also.

I have started using this application from last week and I started with a free membership. Initially I wasn’t sure if this app would work properly because it is a disinter company and I was in an assumption that it would not be maintained well. But for my surprise it’s amazing and pretty fast and very easy to use less hassle. Actually It is much faster and less glitches compared to the parent(Bharath matrimony)

They only involve with you till the time you take their PRIME membership after that their service is pathetic and they don’t talk properly and again and again send the same profiles only
Very worst service
‼️Beware‼️ After subscribing, they’ll not at all respond. Assisted service is a big scam. Relationship Manager not at all intended to find suitable matches based on our requirement. They’re planing to make us their regular customers by not providing appropriate matches intentionally and not informing us when we get a response from suitable matches.
Fake Profile Concern
Waste of money. After using this app for 21 days, I received 5 matches, and many profiles appeared to be fake or inactive. Despite purchasing a paid plan, I did not get any meaningful responses or genuine matches. Customer support was also not helpful in resolving my concerns. I would not recommend this app to anyone looking for a serious matrimonial service.

Very bad experience with this app. Useless service. False claims made by sales team while selling the plan. Customer support team is useless. I have already emailed and received a ticket id before if you ask me do it. But there’s no resolution and only emails with acknowledgement of issue are being circulated!!
