Dont ever try to purchase any package from this particular matrimony the worst to the core site before paid they will keep on torture us to took premium once u took ur profile wont get notified or u wont get any reply from the profiles u messaged and moreover many of the profiles will be there without profile picture try to avoid this matrimony or else u will end up getting ur money wasted very worst

Do not waste your time and money; this app is only 10% feasible.
Do not waste your money on this app. Most of the profiles on it are fake. I paid just to view names and photos; even when trying to talk to someone, mobile numbers are hidden, and only a chat feature is available. Given this, why should I pay? My premium plan has expired, yet the marriage hasn't taken place; no one responds on this app. They only pressure you to purchase the premium subscription, but once payment is made, there is no response. When I contacted customer service, I was told I would have to pay an additional fee of 25,000 to speak directly with a representative. Support personnel are only interested in collecting money; they do not actually arrange suitable matches for marriage. Therefore, do not waste your money and time. If you wish to get married, you can approach relatives, friends, acquaintances, or neighbors.

Mobile App/mobile site has lot of bugs. Site is comparatively better. not many people will browse alliances in laptop/desktop, they need to fix this asap . incorrect notifications, not be able to see sms messages sent, inconsistent error messages which goes away on refresh , showing photo in ‘she matches 20/22’ spot and hiding in the main section. lot of privacy loopholes.

Many profiles don’t even mention basic details like star and zodiac sign. Even after sending requests to update those details, there was no response or action. Customer care should not only focus on forcing users to pay for subscriptions. They should also ensure that profiles contain proper basic details like star, zodiac sign, and other important marriage-related information. Also, it feels like many users are only here to collect data or pass time, without serious intentions for marriage.

Such annoying people. Called me 16 times in 2 days to ask me take assisted services. The relationship managers are leeches. They send existing profile of a girl. When we pick up the call they will say sorry this profile is not available. Please take assisted services. We will help you. This is disgusting. They pay to get all these fake reviews. Fraud people

Worst Customer Service Experience – Very Rude and Unprofessional
I had a very disappointing experience with Tamil Matrimony. Their customer service is extremely unprofessional and rude. While I was speaking on a call, the representative abruptly cut the call without any proper response. Even on chat, the conversation was not handled properly — they kept disconnecting and switching to different agents, which made the whole experience very frustrating. When I raised concerns about the high charges and requested for a better or reduced pricing option, the response was very rude and careless. They simply said this is the final price and showed no interest in helping or retaining a customer. I even mentioned that other apps are offering similar services at a lower cost, and that I might consider switching. Surprisingly, they didn’t even try to convince or assist — they just said “okay,” which clearly shows a lack of customer care and business sense. Honestly, I’m not sure if they are serious about their service or customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this platform based on my experience.
