They will call you till you take membership then ignores I need the membership n balija matrimony but the agent called me multiple times and told her im Looking for match in balija community and even asked about creating profile in telugu mateimony and upgrade will the same membership works in balija matrimony she said yes But when i checked no membership is activated I called immediately with in 10 min now they are saying i need ti take seprate membership for it asking to pay extra for the balij matrimony to include Inasked yhem to transfer the mbership but are not doing it I don’t recommend this matrimony site or app

Fraud Telugu matrimony
I took membership after many calls from their agents. After taking the membership totally fake profiles and repeated profiles appearing and I spoke with customer service agents to change my marital status and even sent a multiple mails but no response. I fed up and asked for refund as per the policy via mail which has got no response. Making peoples fools and making out of money from the needs.
The app is having bugs
When i enter the details in the app and click for DOB the app closes down automatically but other check boxes are working fine.

Please fix all the bugs frequently there are lot of bugs in iOS versions notifications of accepting or declining and notifications of short listing and please fix bugs of app badges ( even after clearing all the notifications in app then also app notification badges appear in iOS

Super slow.. it takes Long time for the notifications count to appear and see if there are any new notifications.. few buttons are not at all accessible on iphonex.. especially near the cutout area.. the app needs a makeover on a whole ..
Lag and Hang Issues
Hi, recently I purchased Prime Gold Plan. From that day onwards, I am observing Lag and hand issues when trying to scroll and view all matches or Viewed by me list. Hope it could be skip token issue. Very disappointing experience -not worth the money
I had one of the worst experiences with Telugu Matrimony. I paid for a subscription expecting better service and useful features, but unfortunately, it was a complete waste of money for me. The subscription charges are very high compared to the quality of service provided, and I did not receive the value or support I expected. I am extremely disappointed with my experience and would not recommend the paid subscription based on the service I received. I hope the team improves its customer service, pricing, and overall user experience.
Issues to fixed
Issues to fixed by development team: 1. App gets closed automatically while doing a search, this happens 1 or 2 times is day. 2. Web shows more results than mobile app while using the same search criteria 3. App is getting freezed recently and not allowing to touch any screen except closing and reopening the app again
Frustratingly worst experience so far
It’s been over 15 years since the launch of Telugu matrimony but the app is kinda trash. Even website doesn’t function properly sometimes but let’s focus on the app here. There are multiple instances where it gets super frustrating while using the app. For example, when I click edit profile and start typing my “About me” section, the top lines and bottom lines will keep going behind the keyboard in a way that we can’t see what we’re typing and deleting, it becomes a blind task. And after I typed a few paragraphs and saved it, it displayed a message that the profile was updated but when I check the profile, it still has old content. And there are other similar issues. I contacted customer care but no response. I guess more efficient IT staff needs to be hired by the company to fix issues quicker and make everything work smoothly.

App is really good but only problem is with iPad it's working when you hold iPad in certain direction, it should be made to work on all sides of iPad. Orientation of the iPad app should be enabled.. Thank you

Misleading Sales, Poor Customer Support
Misleading sales and poor customer support. I purchased a membership based on promises made by the sales team, but the service delivered was completely different. Now I am being asked to pay extra again. Customer care is not responding properly. Very disappointing experience.

This apps has so many bugs. Its so hard go back to the home screen without closing the app and reopening it again and again. 90% of the female profiles don’t have photos and the remaining 10% hide their ugly faces/photos.

Fraud and Fake
Request people to stay away from this Fraud Application. It genuinely feels like fake profiles are being created and managed by the matrimony team itself. These profiles conveniently accept interests sent by users, which pushes customers into purchasing a membership. But once the membership is taken and the profile contact details are unlocked, the same profiles either reject calls, keep calls unanswered, or never reply to messages on WhatsApp at all. I purchased a 3-month plan costing ₹9,676 because one girl had accepted my interest while I was not a paid member, and I believed I would be able to speak to her directly after taking the subscription. However, after purchasing the membership, the same profile kept rejecting my calls or leaving them unanswered, with no response to my WhatsApp messages either. Then, within a couple of days, one of your agent called aggressively promoting the “assistance service,” which costs an additional ₹11,000. The moment I refused, my account suddenly started showing profiles without pictures. Hilarious. It honestly feels like this entire process is intentionally designed to pressure users into purchasing additional paid services rather than genuinely helping them find matches. I have already purchased a 3-month subscription worth ₹9,676. If the company genuinely needs more money to run its operations, you could simply ask me directly instead of resorting to such misleading and unethical practices.

Worst Matrimony Ever - Complete Waste of Money and Time! Choosing Bharat Matrimony is the biggest mistake. We have paid them money 2times. But no use… Their strategy is highly manipulative. When you create a new profile, they flood you with options to make you believe they have great profiles. But the moment you pay the money and take a premium membership, everything disappears. There are absolutely no suitable matches, and a majority of the profiles are completely fake or inactive. They only care about looting money from desperate families and provide zero service. Please do not trap yourself by paying them. A highly frustrating and pathetic experience!
