Doesn’t always deliver my emails
Clunky. Recovery email fails.
I was pretty hopeful about Blue Mail: The setup was relatively quick and simple, and all of the essentials are in place. However, the email page itself is crowded and the only way to use buttons in the actual emails themselves is by using landscape mode. And I finally gave up on trying to set up a recovery email when every single passcode number was ruled “incorrect”. I suspect I’ll use BlueMail as a backup in my search for a better email solution.
Glitchy and annoying
Plusses - opens multiple email addresses from various providers. Minuses Does not sync in background so these is a wait when you open it. If a new email is in a “cluster” the new content won’t load. Search is useless - too many returns Crashes and restarts regularly. Looking for a better behaved app.

Overly crowded display, no real ability to create folders and if you do create them, everything inside is narrowed down Extremely difficult app to like it’s got a lot of features, but they don’t really work in a way that you can actually improve your productivity so it’s a lot of hype for basically bad app

Excellent platform
I wanted to like BlueMail but it’s a failure
Like many people not wanting to use either Apple Mail, MS Outlook, or Google’s Gmail, finding even a remotely useful app shouldn’t be this difficult. But add Blue Mail to the long list of apps that are all style but no substance (like Spark). Blue Mail’s app frequently freezes, fails to reload, or simply crashes. Its email editor is not even usable if you frequently copy and paste text and want to match style or not. Its calendar simply doesn’t sync with your Google Calendar/apple calendar/whatever, nor update even internally when you receive a calendar invite. It just fails. I gave it 1 star because 0 isn’t an option.

Missing organization
The app works well but it is a bummer it does not have a natural sorting system for emails like many other apps do. Such as a section for Promotional emails and one for Primary emails - and the app does it automatically no work needed

Getting emails is very slow and the you should be able to make the emails bigger it’s too small.
Send Later?
Almost perfect, but needs a send later option! Critical missing feature for me since I work with clients in different time zones, and this is preventing me from switching to Blue Mail. :(
Inbox count is not reflected on the Blue Mail icon!
I have to open the app frequently just to see if there’s any email I haven’t seen!

Lack of Support & Working Claimed Features
I usually give new software that charges me a year to work through whatever it needs to and stabilize because it usually takes about 8 months to do so. Blue Mail isn’t new, but I was still going to give it a year. Unfortunately, within the first 6 months, I’m dropping Blue Mail for something else. Having more than 7 email accounts that I desire to maintain and keep up with on a daily basis, I needed something better than just the normal clients (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) because I wanted a unified interface. I thought Canary was going to be that interface, it wasn’t. It lacked in timely support communication (but had it), as well as road map features. I used it for a year and it still wasn’t where they said it would be. That’s when I came to Blue Mail. I read several great things about it online and made the switch. At first, I was impressed, really happy, getting to know things and moving through it all. That’s when things started to go sideways for me, feature-wise. As an easy to remember feature, making sure that the images in my emails didn’t invert when auto-dark mode kicked on didn’t work. I had issues with the “Later Board” that the documentation online didn’t cover because it was outdated. The Spam blocker appears to be completely broken, and when I reached out to determine if the spam blocker just prevented emails from appearing in the Blue Mail inboxes, or if it sent API signals back to their exchange of record (Gmail, Outlook, etc) and added the blockers there, I got no response. In fact, the only response from Support I ever got was 1 email asking for more information related to the image inversion during auto-dark mode. And I provided two or three examples, and then never heard from support again. Because of that reason, I provide this app a 2-star rating and would suggest anyone looking for a fully supported application that charges a monthly fee to look for something else.

Simply put! Sync STOPS early! The Fix? Wait 5 Days to catch up. Simple Right?

New update is broken!
The new update is awful!!! The email accounts won’t grab all the emails anymore. I have to manually log on to the website to see my emails because the app won’t show them or sync them!
Two cheers
Reply always includes the sender’s message, not easy to fix to eliminate. Syncing takes forever to load the displayed message title content, deleting does not actually delete the messages which reappear.

Excellent for Clever and Knowledgeable Users
I've used BlueMail across several platforms for several years. I did have difficulty syncing with my IPAD at first but eventually the app and I both evolved into a happy companionship. I learned some work arounds for some of my earlier problems and I can enthusiastically recommend the app to knowledgeable users who have some experience with how the Android and IOS systems differ,
Doesn’t work
I recently downloaded this app. I’m not getting my emails and it’s saying sync failed. I give one star rating because I can’t get my emails to my folder. Will be deleting and finding another email that actually works
Occasional crashes
My phone or app glitch. When I changed to an iPhone the app crashed several times. It works okay then will open but it completely blank. This has happened 3 times since I bought this phone in August. Annoying to say the least. So far has been working okay the last 2 weeks…
Used to live this app
I used to really love BlueMail, but I have been having syncing issues since October. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my iPhone and now Magic sync won’t work between my devices. I have reached out to support multiple times with no real help. I don’t like the mail app on the iPhone and I really like that BlueMail would sync between my devices, but I am about to look for a new app and stop trying to make this one work
How was everything was completely free, free professional service that’s cool
I know, but it’s a good thing. This is free to use so it’s real cool for now. Someday will cost a lot. I hope it stays on the low price the budget friendly for the poor people like me myself and I plus others.
Disappointed
I know I have the free program so I guess yall don’t answer questions if we don’t pay. Mine is distorting my emails to where I have to dig out the words between codes to figure out what someone is saying
Good but recently…
Was working great, but recently seems like I can’t send attachments lately. And it has nothing to do with the file size cus on the Gmail app I can send it with no issues. Also, some of the new features don’t work well on the iPhone compare to when I had my Android last year. I hope that with this new update that it resolves the attachment issue. Also noticed that I have trouble adding my iCloud with the 2FA.

Amazing app I love and I love the instant chat feature even more but it is a little slower I hope the developers work on it.
Used to work fine but now not so much 🥺
Used this app daily until one account suddenly failed to authenticate and I could find no way to remove the account and try adding it back. REACHING OUT VIA REPORTING the BUG, SENDING FEEDBACK or simply to Customer Service garnered the sound of crickets as weeks went by without a response. I’d really like to add that one account back into the fold, but even more than that I’d like Customer Service to BE THERE when I reach out in need. So the app is Ok when it works but when it doesn’t— good luck!
