The best communication app, especially if you are invested in the Zoho ecosystem.
After being on the Zoho One plan and invested in the entire Zoho ecosystem for almost eight years, we decided at the end of last year to switch to Slack and other applications. Slack is great, but what you lose is the integration, in particular, let's say, with Zoho Click across all the apps that you work with. For example, if you're inside of Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, having Slack as a whole Click integrated on the web interface on the desktop app is very useful. The context switching is reduced, and user adoption skyrockets because they don't have to go learn a new interface, a different application, a different set of logins. Zoho has come a long way of providing a truly integrated solution. Let me tell you this: at the price point, you're not going to find anything better in the United States. For $45 month-per-month, you get easily $1,000 worth of software, and that's not an exaggeration. If you're looking to leave the Microsoft ecosystem, the Google Workspace ecosystem, without having to hobble together a patchwork of different applications and to gain the benefits of having a holistic solution and tech stack, go with Zoho Click. Go with Zoho One. You will not regret it.

So far so good we settled on Zoho connect & its partner app, Cliq, as a replacement for Workplace by Meta and its chat tool.
Functionalities - Good, Security Implementation - Bad, Performance - SLOOW
Most functionalities are good and at par with comparable products. Security implementation, especially MFA is clunky and does not work well when on low bandwidth connection - eg airplane WiFi. Performance - Cliq on Mac shows blank screen on loading when on low bandwidth connection. Generally poor performance.

Since the update when I take a screenshot and go to send via an app Cliq nor Zoho mail show as an option
Great Tool
This app really helps employer and employees be able to communicate with each other efficiently and effectively, this really is a wonderful app .
Crashes when viewing pictures
No matter what device, especially iPads or tablets, while viewing multiple pictures on the app will crash and go to home page.

I have been using this since 3 months. I must say it’s a good app for working professionals.
Glitchy
Have to uninstall and reinstall frequently from both phone and computer. I am not the only one with this issue. Our company used Skype before it was discontinued and I didn’t think we could all collectively dislike anything less but then along came Cliq. I am not sure if we would like Teams any better but Cliq is not it.

Hola, he descargado varías veces la app en iPad, pero cada ves que intento ingresar me expulsa de la app, no me deja iniciar sesión y creo que esta conectado a algo de files, porque cuando oprimo el botón esta arrojándome unas fotos que tengo guardas en files

CarPlay issue
When connected to CarPlay, the app will completely freeze the CarPlay screen when you try and have it read you an incoming message. Requires a full restart of the vehicle head unit.

Confusing
Loads oldest at top versus my experience with other apps. Cannot determine how to delete. I do not like Cliq.

I have been using Cliq for a while on my iPhone 6s (iOS 15.8.3), but after the latest update, the app crashes as soon as I try to open it. I tested it on another device, and the same issue occurred. Please look into this and provide a fix as soon as possible. I rely on this app for work, and it's currently unusable. Thank you!

Please consider supporting threads. Whenever a message is added in a thread, it is not showing up. We need to manually search for the channel.

Conference call does not work
Con call does not work. Its very frustrating how such a simple feature does not work. And somehow we are supposed to email to zoho every time for such small basic feature that are missing/not working. Cant you guys fix it for once??? Just letting you know, i am not going to send email to your support email id. I dont care if you fix the issue or not, we are moving to microsoft systems anyways. Wanted to share this feedback so new users are aware what they are getting into.

Hi I am not able to change my account profile photo. I tried after update also tried with small size image but still same problem. Getting error. Always showing “try again later”
Was good intitially, getting worst experience every passing day
Many issues. Once there was security leak. Today mobile app is not working. Call quality is too bad. One feature request: it would be better if can take control of other team member screen in meeting, like in zoho meeting.
Way surpassed expectations
I was strongly recommended this app by a friend to use for my startup tech company. I was very hesitant and reluctant as I had always used either Slack or Teams in the past. I was extremely surprised that I found that Cliq to be significantly nicer than Slack. It’s not as good as Teams obviously but it’s WAAAY less expensive which gives it the edge for me at least. Highly recommend.

Chat app only
I really wanted to like this, but unfortunate it’s a let-down. The app is only a chat app, nothing more. I’m not clear why Zoho opted to have each feature of their collaboration suite be a separate app. Do they seriously expect people down download a separate app for chat, tasks, project mgmt, crm, etc.?
Please fix the bugs!
I use all zoho applications for my job and I love being able to use the apps on my phone as well, especially zoho Cliq. However recently I’m noticing it really needs to be fixed. The program slows my phone down entirely when it’s open, it also randomly crashes, and often has trouble keeping up with my pace of typing. Sometimes i press the backspace button and nothing happens. I have to close the entire application, then go back in and erase whatever text in the message i intended to erase. Please fix this immediately, it’s really becoming quite an inconvenience. I believe it may be zoho as a whole, as the Cliq application also crashes on my computer (windows) at times. Regardless it’s a great program if you can get it up to speed with 2020 technology and pacing.

I just got promoted at my job and we use cliq. Every time I try to log in the app crashes. I’ve tried restarting my phone as well as deleting the app and reinstalling it. My phone is up to date.
Overall it's great. Need more features like slack

Great app for work communication
Multiple windows auto-open for multi-tasking. Threads are easily accessible. The only thing I noticed is sharing from another app using Cliq doesn’t work sometimes.
