Appart from the crashing issues, it is highly recommended to have an option to sign in with face ID rather than inserting the username and password everysingle time to log in

The app is very outdated.
The app doesn’t log off after closing
When you just close the app and try to login back quickly if you forgot something or closed it by mistake it keeps giving an error that the user is still logged in and ask you to log off which is frustrating and there is no way around it and I am concerned about how that impacts the application security if it can’t terminate a session that is already closed!!!!

Worst mobile banking app
For more than 15 days I’m trying to login to my mobile banking app and I get this stupid message “You are trying to generate a new Mobile Banking application authentication code. Please try again later” and all the call center says “this is a know problem and we are working on this issue and it will be solved today” for more than 15 days and it’s not solved yet. I’m closing my account in this useless bank.

In safe feeling
I found that the branch made me a user name and password with 2 security question, I had to call the call center and wait for the Email which never received to get my user ID then I have to change the security questions which I never entered ?!!!!
Login blocked on same device after closing App
The app blocks login on the same device after closing, showing “user already logged in,” and forces me to wait for session expiry. This is a serious usability issue and should be fixed with proper session handling.
Credit Card
The application doesn’t provide a service to check and control my credit card. Albeit it denying that I have a credit card. Must be a solution to this problem. Regards.
Useless
Terrible app pretty much useless you cannot renew the CDs or manage them why do i need to go to the bank to do a simple task

قعدنا فترة طويله مع ال app ننسي رقم السر او ال user name لانه كان صعب ولما فتحتو امكانية تغييرو وزودتو البصمه مش عايز يفتح الا لما اعمل update ادخل علي ال App store ملاقيش update فمن الواضح ان مفهوم الsecurity عندكم هو المفهوم المصري للكلكعه انا حسابي في امريكا بصور الشيك اللي مكتوب بالايد بموبايلي بينزل في ساعتها في حسابي وانتو مش عارفين تظبطو برنامج !

Apple Pay
The app was working fine and since last update, I keep getting that annoying message to add my card to apple pay. I DON'T WANT TO, why the continues reminders, I'm not a retard!! Please stop this.
Most terrible online system
Never ready when needed System always temporarily unavailable Personnel don’t understand security. Timing out on the customer very often while pursuing the transaction is not security, it is rather inept Password renewal process is very tedious and could be simplified The system could be improved significantly. I hope u can do this before I shift to another bank because my frustration is now reaching a record high
Update dated March 10 2024 crash on start
Please fix this serious issue iPhone 15 pro max running iOS 17.4 the app crash on start. Previous version was running fine in this phone setup till I update today to the new version Thanks
I can’t activate the smart touch
When I login, then pressed the I flag, select privacy setting, here, just I see change your password!! # The application in the last updated status as Just I see open icon in app store. Waiting your feedback, Thanks

The app is Ok, however every time I have to type both the username and password, why there is no option to save so I can login automatically without typing in it every time I want to login?

Doesn’t work well
Transfers don’t work and error messages are misleading or cryptic. Phone support doesn’t help either.

After new iOS app keep informing us that theirs new update but can’t find any in store
Nicer interface than previous version
The new app offers a nicer interface than previous version but is still buggy. Some areas of the app do not work well. It still asks for personalization and brings the welcome guided tour after each iOS minor update. Some fields still do not allow data entry nor selection from a list. The link with tokens app seems more stable than prior versions and now works correctly.
