So after almost 12 months of not tracking I have suddenly discovered to have £42 worth of points. Redeemed immediately and it actually worked!!! Hopefully things are only going to get better.

Disappointing &Pathetic
As many other users have discovered, this app is glitchy unresponsive & consistently requires deleting & reinstalling. Unless the developers get a handle on this, it’s not worth the space it occupies my device.

I use this app all the time. So easy to spend my points anywhere I want. Great design too.
Rubbish
After the update last month, it just keeps trying to redeem points after every transaction. I have checked the settings but it still does this. Please look at resolving this asap.

Pasting Not Allowed
It appears the developers are improving the log in. You don’t have to enter your four digits passcode twice but only the on-time-code sent to your phone. However, pasting your 16 digits card number is not allowed. Your card must be in your hand! Come on developers, allow pasting the 16 digits. Thank you.

Limited usefulness
Able to redeem points when I have any but it isn’t clear from the app which purchases are earning points. It would be useful to be able to see how many points purchases are earning! Promotions rarely change and aren’t for brands I would usually choose. More variety would be welcome. Bit of a clunky app for such a big bank.

Logs me out all the time
Why does this log me out all the time? I input my data and few weeks later the app just logs me out and I have to input everything manually again. Been like this for years. Pathetic.
Guardar datos cuando actualiza
Cada vez que instalo una actualización tengo que configurar todo de nuevo, y me puede pasar dos veces en la misma semana. Pasa por arriba lo que ya está instalado en el teléfono y lo borra. No puede ser, eso no es “actualización”, es instalar de nuevo!

Does the job. I was confused at first but then I realized it was easier than I thought.
Never works
Tried downloading it twice and it couldn’t recognize my card even though it works on the web version. It also doesn’t seem to track spending accurately if at all. After having the card for almost 3 years and using everyday, there’s only 5000 points on there

Great App
Not sure why everyone is being so negative. I’ve had no issues. Ate at a restaurant while on holiday and within minutes I could tap redeem and it was paid for. Simple and efficient. Great App.
Poor functionality
The app keeps logging me out then asks for card number every single time. Now, I can’t even log in because when it’s at the OTP screen it gives error “Something went wrong. Phone number incorrect…”. My phone number is correctly setup in the bank’s app and works for my bank’s OTPs.

Can’t use rewards
App doesn’t crash for me like what many others are saying, however almost every transaction is ineligible for redeeming cash back. In the beginning there were some but l haven’t seen any in months

Works great
Haven’t had any issues with this app since it was redesigned a bit. I use it with a Rogers Bank mastercard and it works perfectly for me every time.
Very unstable, can’t even load landing page
If you ever try to go and check your bonuses most probably the app won’t even load

I am using Chinese as the language of my China but once I open up the app, China is the only option I can choose as the country/region

Surprised by all the bad reviews
I was a little hesitant to download the app because of the negative reviews but with my MasterCard (Rogers Bank) it was the only way to redeem rewards flexibly. I’ve only had the app for a day but I was easily able to link my card and see which purchases were eligible for redemption. Essentially any purchase over 20.00 that’s not a cash advance is eligible for redemption. I had no issue requesting a redemption for a hotel I just booked. The app isn’t anything amazing but it serves its purpose.
Poor rewards
Not all purchases generate a reward. Those that do are a very low rate compared to other banks
Not working
It seems that you can no longer redeem points! Most of my recent transactions say not eligible for redemption which is weird because it says you can other times from the same point of sale! Maybe it’s a bug that needs to be fixed! Unless Rogers is discontinued the rewards program!
Glitchy at times.
It worked great for the longest time and then stopped showing my reward balance and said all purchases were ineligible for redemption. Since the latest update everything is working again for now. Will change my review once I see consistency
