Application not working
I have tried many many times (20 times)to register. At the end of the registration process, I receive a message: Registration successful. At the end of the page when I press on Register always the same message appears: Sorry An error occurred. Please try again later

Face ID security is not working on iPhone Devices
Horrendous app
One of the worst bank apps in Egypt period. The app half the time doesn’t load you have to restart multiple times. Everything is not arranged in a nice way. You need to download another app to activate face id. Needs a lot of work

Very professional
I use the app since it was in Apple Store. I almost check my balance and account on daily basis. It is a very professional and helpful app. Adding face recognition to open the app is like a breeze.
Needs enhancement
The app is extremely poor in terms of appearance let alone Face ID feature being unchecked all by itself from time to time. Also the area which you should touch to go to the log in page needs some revision.
A helpful app
CA banki mobile is a great application that helps in transferring money, paying pills and tracking your transactions and balance by just 1 touch. It still has to improve in speed and reliability as it is a bit slow.

This app has both terrible user interface and user experience. Very slow at loading, very primitive and really looks outdated. Doesn't even have face id or fingerprint lock

The app is not working the past few weeks , can’t sign in , mobile website is under maintenance since forever, before it eas working so good, so kindly do the necessary updates to make it works again

The most thing I liked is the money transfer feature. Getting the details of the transactions can be enhanced also adding chat support through the mobile app will be great.

Bad UI, laggy, not user friendly
How did this app pass any acceptance testing! UI is a failure, clicking a text field for data entry is laggy. Without that level of quality for an online banking app, I can only assume how much did the bank invest in the development of this app. And I would not be surprised if this level of quality is reflected in the security.

Insanely annoyingly stupid
I don’t know the first thing about designing an app. But I know that if I tried my hardest, it’s still wouldn’t be as crap as this one. Troubleshooting anything on it never works, half the functions are “temporarily unavailable” and it only gets slower. Are you people serious about your work?

Very bad interface and user experience I can’t use it due to a simple bug that the tick beside the terms and conditions can’t be clicked as it is very small and placed in very uncomfortable corner on the phone screen. Fix it or the bank should use more professional development house !! Shame

Very Slow
I hate that I have to enter my username and password every single time I check the app. The interface is really outdated. The responsiveness and the loading times are terribly slow. The app still doesn’t support iPhone X. I hope they’re fixed with the upcoming updates.

This doesn't even feel like an iOS app. Performance and user experience are beyond terrible. Views load gradually as if they load on a web page. Response time is too long for even the basic things that shouldn't require an internet connection. I really hate that thing.
