I love using this app on my egirls
1 star for constant crashing
The app works best offline than it does online. It randomly just freezes up and crashes. I swear the more features they add the slower it works. On the bright side it is a good toy brand.
New update was great but …
My review of the app the update for the app was fantastic it works a lot smoother now but It’s just that there’s a lot of bots and scammers in this app now I don’t know if it got hacked and that’s why they’re all in there or what but they need to fix the problem
The app barely works.
I get logged out multiple times a day, I can no longer post because the app UI is glitches and the post button doesn’t work, and I can’t add text to posts anymore either. Nothing ever works right and it makes it not worth using. I am extremely disappointed.
Disappointing tech, great connections
The technology is horrible. The app wasn’t built to be a social platform and it constantly crashes. All of my connections have constant complaints that they cannot connect or get locked out for days. The connections I’ve made are great and that’s the reason we put up with it. Wish they’d put some R&D into enhancing the chat platform so it works better, stops the constant “data error” messages and connects correctly when requested.

Need better memory, trying carry on a conversation and in mid “session” the companion loses memory fast.

This app wasn’t the greatest before, but it somehow has gotten worse since the most recent update! I can’t even open a conversation let alone send a message! This app could be really great if you could figure out the bugs and make it functional again!

Area not supported
I was thrilled to purchase this product as I believe it will help my long distance relationship with my girlfriend, only to find with disappointment that this app keep prompting me that it is not supported in my area (Florida). This makes it lose every meaning. Why would you put geographical lock on an app that is meant for long distance remote control? And additionally is someone else experiencing this too?

App needs a redesign from the ground up
You have to open and close the app like 10 times just to get stuff to load and when it does work it takes forever for stuff to show. The community tab is nice only when when you figure out what you can and can’t post, if you even try to be suggestive it removes your post (this is a sex toy app people) why can’t we post suggestive words or pictures??? Frustrating

Every time a new feature is added another part of the app falls apart. The bond area an absolutely fantastic feature,being able to comment directly great! The badges asinine how about simply making it have toys and what ones you choose to display. Pfp within the board also great but now every single time you try to like something it says login again. I shouldn’t have to login 18 times be able to like somebody’s comment or post.

Can’t delete AI Companion
I dislike the layout and that it pulls your dumb AI companion into your messages. Please let us delete. I don’t use it.

Please add the option to add someone after control roulette. I missed someone’s message, and didn’t see them type their user and had no way to go back.
Women Reign
It is so fun. There are lots of human and non human reasons this app isn’t fun, but it can never out way the amount of pleasure had. Both in chat rooms, roulette, the customer service is amazing(if anything happens to the toys) The toys, amazing and I have about five now. Theres a lot of men so women have their pick and don’t need to tolerate anything, don’t like how they talk to you: Block! Men are desperate to find real women because of the boys and scammers. The Lovense Bond is nice too and where I met the folks that I have been in a chat for months now. Theres someone for every kind of *wink*. And I’ve reached new heights in knowing my body.

New Version Would Not Load
I woke up this morning to find my app had updated to the newest version. When I tried to open it up, it would not load my profile no matter what I did, despite asking me to log in. Eventually I solved by uninstalling and reinstalling. However, I lost all of my chat history and all the patterns I made that were not publicly shared. Huge issue, and you MUST fix before others have the same. Don’t see anything worth the update yet, either.

Lovense doesn’t care about safe space for users
The app might work fine and its control feature for remote use of the toys is wonderful. However Lovense doesn’t care not listen to the user to create a safe space for the user. If you are a woman, you will be harassed and every post be sent a slew of blind adds and creepy comments. Of you are a man, most of women you encounter will be bots and scammers posting for pay 2 play. If you block someone they still can follow you and post on your comments, they just can’t be your friend. There is no security settings or age verification so Lovense has censored every post,without clear guidelines on what is accepted or rejected. So a sex toy pp doesn’t allow its users to speak freely about sex without draconian censorship. The community is great but Lovense doesn’t care about the their experience or they would have eliminated several problems like implementing age verifications, eliminating bots and scammers, giving users more protections in posting. Use at your own risk of harassment!

NOT for Couples— False Advertising
App requires a public profile where you receive threatening messages from random dudes with and a “community section” which is just a stream of countless nudes with a “play with me” button under every post. Bought to connect with my long distance partner but neither of us are willing to use it as the app is designed for immediate hook ups with randoms you don’t know— NOT to connect with your partner. Pretty much tinder with sex toys attached. No option to make your profile private (so many harassing messages) or disable the “community” section. Wish we could return the toys we spent way too much money on. This is going to cause issues in so many relationships. “Play with me” under countless close ups of random vaginas made me sick.

Здравствуйте. Купили игрушку с молодым человеком чтобы использовать на расстоянии. Как итог: приложение не видит ее, оно ищет игрушку и не находит. Что теперь делать ?только выбросить. Исправьте проблему. Вы же видите что многие люди используют ваше приложение

Remote no longer works
No matter how many updates, the Gravity toy doesn’t work with the remote. Can’t use it for long distance play. I can see the light on the toy react to when I increase the vibration or thrust. It no longer works as intended. I keep waiting for an update to fix this.
