Works great for a time and then disconnects. Seems buggy. For us distance isn’t that huge so I am unsure what it was that is causing this.
Unable to Long Distance partner
I’m able to see partner’s toy, request permission, but unable to change modes, intensity. They can use the solo on the app but long distance doesn’t work. Using update 9/1.

Can’t Rename Toy?
Absolutely fantastic App, but what the heck is up with not being able to rename the toy? I am kinda anal retentive and it bothers me that I can’t change it to what fits my organization.

Toys are so good the app is such a turn off
User interface for long distance play is just bad -app does not deliver notifications about chats making it difficult to sync at first -the messages don't deliver randomly and there's no indication of that. Not only a turn off but also possible miscommunication in a sensitive setting -only works if both people have the chat open - can't we have it opened in notification just like music player can be? Would be so helpful and more fun - the red colour in the chat hurts my eyes, customisation would be great It's such a shame that the app seems so primitive because it has a really good idea and the controls for the toys are really fun but the app itself seems to be just badly built. Especially the chat option coz both me and my partner thought today that the other party is ignoring the messages but they just did not go through :/ and it wasn't connection issues. Please fix it or I'll write a new app myself fr
More annoying than fun
I’ve never been blue balled by an app before, I hope you like getting close and not C*mming because your toy disconnected again for the 5th time in 15 minutes. Or it disconnects and says nothing, and the whole time you thought you were slowly turning up the intensity for your partner, nothing has changed for 5 minutes. My partner paid $100 for the device of her choice and will be doing her best to get a refund. It’s cool in concept but the connectivity and software needs to be greatly improved. 2/10 not C*mming again.

Works great when Bluetooth does not drop out. Bit annoying when drops out when starting to play then have to reconnect. Not sure if it’s the phone or the we-vibe 4. Maybe a bit more exploring to figure it out before I decide if we-vibe is still one of the favourite toys for us. Maybe older device with newer phone issue but I don’t want to buy new model we-vibe to find same problem. I don’t remember having issue years ago when first got we-vibe.

Отличное приложение. Есть один нюанс: не приходят уведомления о сообщениях в чате. Даже в телефоне нет пункта вкл/выкл уведомления приложения. Вообще не обозначено, что в телефоне установлено приложение, чтобы можно было подключить уведомления.
Remote and paired
I mean, I was a little bummed that my partner had to accept my request every time she set it up. We live300 miles away, and when she’s wearing it, we know who we want to have control. Then the first night we were trying it out at dinner together and realized the app would time out and we would have to close the app and ask request again. After 3 times doing that over dinner, it just stopped working period. She had to go to the bathroom to turn it back on. Kinda bunk.

Le fait de ne pas recevoir de notification quand la personne est connectée est assez gênante surtout quand il s’agit de jouer à distance, c’est le but je pense…il faudrait penser à développer ce moyen de communication..

It is sketchy at best, the device is hard to pair, once paired it works for a min at best then becomes unresponsive. We have other devices that work great with the app, this one was expensive and will not work.

Después de 4 años con “Mateo” (así nombre a mi juguetito), se me ocurrió descargar la app y emparejarlo. Fue fantástico, estaba extasiada con todo lo que podía hacer, me conecté con mi pareja, y de pronto se desconectó el Bluetooth. Y no he podido volver a conectarlo! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Broken
The app will not allow sending photos or use camera. It will not ask for photo access. It no longer allows the distance controlling. It used to but with either the IOS update or the app update something is broken. This is the reason I have the app. I asked tech support and was told it was a known issue and will be repaired in later updates but this was weeks ago and no change.

J’ai reçu le sync lite et il fonctionne très bien avec l’application, les différentes vibrations sont super. Malheureusement, quand j’essaye d’utiliser la fonction « beat » qui permet de faire vibrer le jouet en même temps que la musique, cela ne fonctionne pas. Dès que l’on clique sur une musique, l’application se ferme et le jouet se déconnecte.

App crashes and closes any time I try to use the music function.
Works well with Bluetooth, not good remote
Works well when you are near by it. But when we try to connect remotely we get stuck with either one of us being “offline” or if we get control it, we don’t actually have any control, tried turning wifi on and off, even turned data on and off. Worked well the first time til I was kicked out of the app and haven’t been able to control it properly remotely since. Quick sad as we were having a great time when it would connect properly.
Wow!
We bought the sync-o and wow! The settings are easy to navigate and in conjunction with him, the pressure and angle is damn near perfect. He is a total fan as well as he enjoys watching me fall over the edge multiple times! Absolutely recommend!

Problem with Touch Sense Modes
Menu in Touch Sense Modes doesn’t work. I can only switch modes by tapping multiple times on the icon in top menu of app, but I can’t select it directly from listbox. Please, fix this.
Long distance doesn't work
I love the vibrator, but the add a contact feature does not work. When will this be fixed?

Il y a un premier souci avec cette appli, c’est que le téléphone ne se reconnecte pas tout seul quand on allume le jouet et l’appairage est fastidieux. Sinon, ce qui serait top c’est que lors du contrôle à distance, le téléphone vivre au rythme du jouet, parce que pour le partenaire c’est pas évident de savoir ce qu’on fait. Merci d’avance pour les améliorations 👍

Very difficult to connect on iPhone and android.
Once connects, disconnects spontaneously and often in the middle of play. Had this experience two years ago and decided to give it another shot hoping the app got better…not so much.

Спасибо исправили. Мгновенно подключилось и показывает заряд в приложении.!!!! Перестало работать после обновления iOS. Удерживаю кнопку - два разв вибрирует, потом вибрирует еще раз (типа установил соединение) а приложение не находит ничего. До этого работало пару дней назад, все быстренько и все режимы. Почините.

Moxie plus is definitely not worth $180. Cannot connect to long distance partner. I have deleted, reinstalled, changed WiFi, etc. cannot connect to long distance partner. Filled out form for help. No confirmation sent.

Endlich das langersehnte Update das die Verbindungsprobleme löst
Ich nutze diese App schon längere Zeit, grundsätzlich ist die App sehr gut ausgelegt für die Toys und sehr bedienerfreundlich. Doch es gab einen Haken, die Bluetooth Verbindung zum Toy ist ständig abgebrochen und man konnte sich auch nicht direkt wieder verbinden sodass einem der Spaß auch schnell verging. Seid dem letzten Update verbindet sich mein iPhone ohne Probleme und schnell mit dem Toy , auch wenn die Verbindung mal abbricht kann man endlich direkt wiederverbinden ohne alles zurücksetzen zu müssen.
Why have settings that dont work?
My major issue with this app is how when the single or multiple vibrations first turned on the vibrations are at the highest setting. Even tho you clearly have it set to the lowest. You have to turn it all the way up then back down to get the low vibrations. So if you don’t turn the vibrations on prior to inserting you get hit with massive vibrations and when you finally manage to get it turned down to a comfortable setting the damage is already done. Other then that its a great app. User friendly and works well for me otherwise. When i can control the stat and start low and go slow the higher settings are actually super nice lol but thats more my device than the app!

Unsatisfied
The app and toys constantly disconnect randomly from the app. It doesn’t matter what my girlfriend and I do they don’t work. Just now for instance the app closed itself on me and refused to register anything. Additionally when it does let us use it, it will say offline and not work for either of us. Don’t buy!

Une grande mise à jour est à faire sur votre application. C’est sympa mais nécessite quelques améliorations car selon le toy qui est en fonction. La connexion est vite rompu et au final on ferme l’application car ça devient vite ennuyeux. Sachant que les toys connectés ne sont pas abordables, l’application devrait être impeccable et là ce n’est pas le cas. L’application est trop légère par rapport au prix des jouets. A rajouter: Historique de connexions de chaque toys utilisés Autres modes de vibrations Notification de connexions en temps réels En espérant voir ceci bientôt
