Hacked phone
Hello, my name is Janusz, and I have one question. Lately, I’ve been concerned about my privacy—my phone has been acting strangely. I work as a delivery driver for Home Depot, and we use a mobile app to complete deliveries, send photos, and navigate to addresses. Is it possible that, through this app, someone from Home Depot—whether staff or an employee—could access or hack into my phone?

Latest update issues
The most recent update for iPhone does not let me see the route on a map. Been thinking someone would say something before me. As for a suggested improvement….When picking up multiple orders from shipper… It would be helpful to be able to take pictures and make comments about the condition of materials of individual orders at pickup. I deliver building materials and I need the ability to show that I didn’t cause damages to material. For instance, broken drywall, ripped open concrete bags, lumber with forklift gouges. Of course, I guess the shipper would have to request that function be turned on and they may not want that.
Works as it should
With the latest update, everything is running smoothly. Makes life a whole lot easier for the drivers on the road and everyone in the back office. Real time info and communication between the systems is key.
Camera
Ever since i updated my phone to the iPhone 17 the app Won’t allow me to take photos. Once i press on the camera icon the app shuts off and goes back to the phones Home Screen.
Decent.
The app is in a much better state. Rather than a year ago. It’s just harder for live updates when you are communicating with your dispatch and you upload a cord specifically it does not show up immediately on the order that’s usually the only problems I have with it and also the app has coloring issues and you don’t know when you can or cannot take a picture at times I feel like a update every 2 weeks will be necessary just for performance purposes.
Not intuitive
I don’t like the app, it’ll have you keep a giant load on all day as your last stop when it should be your first. Doesn’t account for common sense scenarios, RXO wants us to call every morning before work if we want to make a route change. I would literally have to call every single morning before work because of this app.
Signature
It would be helpful if we could have ease of signature when we are done with delivery.
Easy on Approach & Handy
Fantastic app for drops & their info. Very easy to use. If signatures you could add on that will make it even better. This 17.09.1 version isn’t working at all. On arrival at the store depot, scan store barcode is showing error. Please rectify it ASAP that will be really appreciated
Iphone 17 pro max
The app it’s shuts down by itself when you try to take a picture. It looks like it doesn’t support iPhone 17 Pro Max.

I am a contractor for Home Depot and I deliver and install appliances in peoples homes the issue is all I can do on the app is take pictures which doesn’t prevent a customer from damaging something when I leave their home.. if I had the option of a 10 sec video it would save me from customer filing claims please consider

Map needs to be fix on iPhone we can’t see our stops

The camera works fine besides not having the zoom work anymore also realized that we used to be able to take as many photos as we could for shipments now it crashes after 8/10 photos I sometimes have more then 15 to 20 orders and it’s very hard to snapshot each order when it keeps crashing

iPhone X Support
Great iPhone X support with the notch and all, but the iPhone X bar on the bottom of the screen is in the way of some app options.
Map function is bugged
Overall great app to manage and move through however the map keeps showing up in the middle of the Arctic Ocean even though it knows where I’m at and it stopped showing my route in the map which just makes route planning longer on my end
Some suggestions
Need a fix for Apple version to allow adjustment of the orientation of a picture. I have to hold my IPhone in landscape position to get a portrait orientation. Also suggest a feature to allow drivers to email themselves a summary of the trip at the end for payroll purposes . Drivers often have to keep such records manually to make sure they get paid properly. The summary should include the trip number, miles, stop information-name & location and number of stops, any pay notes entered. Obviously It doesn’t need anything confidential like BOL images or proprietary customer info.

The app was going really well for me, but now when I click on the picture icon to take a picture of my license and medical ID, the app suddenly crashes on me. I’ve done everything I could think of to trouble shoot, but to no avail.

Driving Blind!
The app is easy to navigate and runs smoothly I am an iPhone user and the only issue I have is I have no way of knowing where my stops are located on the map, I’m relying solely on dispatch to correctly route them.I have no way of seeing my pinned stops on a map so I can decide which way I’m going first I feel like I’m driving blind!! and with all the technology of today I shouldn’t have to look them up on Google myself and order them correctly outside the app.
Bug fix
It will not let me take photos with new iPhone 17 pro one I get to the photo part the app automatically closes I’ve deleted and downloaded several times same issue

It won’t show the route on the map “point to point”

The new update don’t like it. Can’t touch the phone numbers to call the customer direct have to go through multiple screens and type the number in the old-fashioned way on the phone

The route/stops no longer shows on the map view since most recent update. That was the most helpful part of the app. Please fix QUICK!

Need Improvement
The app alone is ok but can use improvement to benefit the user. The camera caption is fixed at a zoomed-in position and there is no option to adjust camera. You have to stand back to get the image in full frame. When you take the photo in landscape view it zooms in even more and there is no way to change it. This was not the case a few months ago but someone thought this change was important. Taking photos upon completion of the installation and delivery is the most important part of using the app.
