Struggles
Kicks you out without warning, freezes,marks stops early sends you to wrong place can make you take the long way. Can take you through the most difficult route and doesn’t care if you’re in a truck.
“Notes” issue
The “notes” feature isn’t working properly. Drivers can’t view what is being typed as the keyboard screen blocks the message box. It’s either type or view the message, not both at the same time.
App is trash it’s 2026
Too many bugs can’t even contact the customers currently updates aren’t always upgrades.
Fix notes
The notes section where the teams have to provide notes as to why we cannot deliver or any concerns of the matter we cannot see what we are writing in notes so if there’s any typos or anything misspelled we can’t correct them after posting the note please fix this

Was not optimal, now less optimal
As of 9/28/25 the app had updated. The look stays the same, you can now scroll through the trucks without having to wait for the list to load. We have however lost the ability to look at customer phone numbers after the stop is completed. There are several reasons why this is an issue. The app still hides the details of the delivery behind the services option, which still can’t be accessed without pressing arrive. You still have to go into the job blind as to what it is you’re actually doing at the house. The app now also no longer allows speech to text, which was very useful for notes on certain jobs while moving fast. Allow the delivery team to see phone numbers after a job is completed, allow them to open the services without having to arrive at the location, and bring back speech to text. The app is getting better, but holds itself back. An app that could be good, but continues to be various forms of almost bad.
Gets worse by the version
Now, it won’t login to the Lowe’s data center. It’s redirecting you to Microsoft… 🤦🏻♂️
Still junk
Seriously all these years,and you guys still manage to make this app worse. Once you get it to a point where it's semi usable. You add an update,and now nobody can log in. Worst IT department in the world

Things were good until the update. My recommendation is NO!!

I have to use the app for work, it’s had issues the whole time, 4years, I just recently did the update it said I needed and now every time I want to log in, I have to delete and reinstall it , photos I take don’t appear on other devices with the same app, I had 3 different phones and all 3 phones had different photos
Buggy
Updating it to change how every looks instead of updating the software to make it run better. Constantly freezing and not set up for I phone users.
