With the last update the app sucks a lot I being using it for 10 years now and there are so many issues
upload photos
It would be great if you could upload photos from your phone's library. Otherwise the app is excellent.
Fix issues
The app’s functionality has changed and no longer operates as it previously did. I now have to manually update it each time I take photos or perform other actions. Additionally, when capturing photos, the app takes longer to save and momentarily freezes, which is inconvenient.

They took away the ability to see the next day delivery’s
It takes a while to load the main screen
Every time I’m using the app sometimes it logged me out when my there’s some adjustments in the route but it doesn’t let me log back in I have to uninstall the app and install it again

Gives me a message saying session expired then it freezes

Loved this app until the latest update! Now you have to close out and go back in every time you want to do anything. Freezes constantly! Needs a fix fast! Looking for a new solution now!
Faster loading times for drivers
Everyday on IOS i have to delete and reinstall the app in order to use it. Load times should be priority. Also how do we know what the survey looks like to explain to the customer. Driver should be able to give the survey at the time of delivery from customer.

Inconsiderate & Inefficient
I’ve never had an industry app be less considerate of the people or workers inside of the industry. This app struggles with efficiency and due process. Often leading to avoidably bad performance. newest update won’t even let you preview routes for the next day whereas last update you could see two days in advance. Very dissatisfied. (NFM Delivery)

This app constantly slows up. Connection errors all the time. And a true battery drainer. Fix this please

i have to constantly delete the app and download it again so my uploads can get synchronized worst app
Issues with iPad and also on map
Before we was able to use the map and go back to different dates to check information on those stops. Now that feature has been removed. There is also an issue with not being able to check truck number on iOS 18.1 before I was able to check and also upload and log out. Now I have to log into my phone and upload and log out from there. I use my iPad for work. Please fix thanks.
Disappointed
This app has been moving very slow as of late even after update . Please look into this matter

I updated it and now it won’t let me take pictures without me starting a delivery.. terrible
