Won’t go “On Shift”
I move the slider to go on shift and it moves it back to off duty. I thought the update fixed it but only for about a day
Issue with login
I couldn’t login the app after deleting and downloading it again. It happened a few days before when I changed a new phone and I still had my login on my old phone. After a few tries, I came back to my old phone to logout and then I could login on my new one. This time, I deleted the app because it showed I wasn’t online when in fact I was. And I was assigned a new order but it didn’t show on my end. After downloading again, the same error happened as mentioned above.
New feature needed.
There needs to be a feature where we can leave notes for the next driver who has the displeasure of doing an order for someone who lives somewhere that has no descriptors, confusing layout, and/or no gate code in notes. I also hate how the “phone numbers” in the order screen isn’t even the customers phone number. Like instead of coding the phone number to show there, it’s just a random number generator. It’s really frustrating. This app has a lot to improve on.

Awful routing
This app is the worst at routing stops. Too many loops, ups and downs, and and having stops next to each other being done at separate times. That absolutely makes no sense. I have to keep rearrange every single time. The app thinks the duration is accurate but it isn’t. I finish later than what it says. Terrible app for routing.
Good app
Working great love the app just wish the calling customer feature would work I can text someone from the app but can’t seem to call anyone from there idk if it’s something to do with my settings or the app but it would be nice to make it one click call
Uninstalling app is the only solution
I have been using this app for about 6 months now with a group of at least 4-5 other drivers at a time and while it works as a bare minimum, we have daily issues. Daily, orders will not make it through to the kitchen. Delivery drivers will get skipped and not receive orders at all. For the entire 6 months I’ve used the app I cannot use the text or call through app function, even after sending several reports. The only solution the support gives us is to uninstall and reinstall the app. Fix the app, don’t make me delete your app to fix it.
Difficulty for drivers to login
Multiple drivers have reported inconsistent login ability combined with getting bootied out of the app randomly.

This app and returns and picking app would be a LOT better if once signed in, I would stay signed in for the day, rather than being kicked out after only an hour. Better yet when signing in connect all 3 apps to sign in with your user name and password. Just a thought, since apps are supposed to make life easier.

Bring vs Tow Book
I Have used tow book from another tow company. Bringg is more reliable and easier to use. I recommend all Tow companies to use it for their drivers. Stay safe to all my towing brother and sisters out there. Superoir Towing and Roadside, Joe V
Using app
work while only gets paid 68$ for the route more than 5 stops whats the point if the 68$ will be used for gas to deliver the package basically they want people to work for free no gas just 68$ there messed up

Issues
I like the layout compared to the old app AAA used, however this apps notification sounds do not work on my iPhone. They work great on android, but on IOS even though I have the option to change the sound it only “Beeps” one tiny time which doesn’t wake me up during the overnights. I’ve emailed Bringg support multiple times with no resolution. Poor customer service.

Pratique et utile.
J’utilise bringg tout les jours étant livreur chez les magasins " Boulanger ". L’application dans son ensemble fonctionne bien et elle me semble utile dans l’optimisation de ma tournée.
Kills your battery
The app functions great and is quite easy to navigate but kills my iPhone 12 Pro in about 4 hours. I wish they could do something to fix that
Report issue
Needs to be able to show call numbers in report review. It cuts off the numbers for orders. Please fix.

This app is fast after it updates only to slow down dramatically after about a week of use. This slows deliveries to a crawl. Please fix it!

The app is nice it’s quick and helps me respond to customers. They are happy. Try to make them as happy as possible and get them home safely. Thank you.
The reviews from 6 years ago had the same issue I have
It opens Google Maps to an area CLOSE but not the given address. So if it’s 123 Mains St, USA it will take you to 100-200 Main St, USA. Calls will take me across the county while there are open drivers closer to them. This app is inefficient and clumsy. It won’t even rotate sideways but will when you type?
History orders cannot be checked
When I updated to the latest version and I cannot see any record of the historical orders

Very easy to get used to and has minimal problems! Everything you need to deliver in one app! Love using it!!
Destroys my battery!
After using this app for two years finally got a new iPhone 15 Pro Max because my battery on my other phone wouldn’t last the entire shift. Now my battery goes from 98% to 30% before I get off work after a five hour shift. AT&T store says y’all have not optimized the app for the new processor on the iPhone 15. I have to use this app for work. Please fix it so it doesn’t drain my battery every day. If I have to start plugging it in while I use it then that’s just gonna kill my battery life!

Shame, pure shame
Nothing works the way it should, always lagging and catching some glitches, killing battery and have most useless algorithms. Exp. I have 5 packages for customer. Its already ready to be delivered. App will sent me 5 separate times and wont be able to scan, sigh, check in or out a single time from first attempt ! 🤮🤮🤮🤮 Even 1 star is too good for it.
