Eld malfunction
Eld in rental truck showing an error code, take the unit to Penske to get repaired and they don’t have a clue what to do except try and swap out trucks.
Truck app
It’s kinda one sided
Audible Alert Please
Where are the options? Alerts in change of Duty Status comes to mind. It would be nice to know when there’s a random change by the app.
Driver complaint
Olmos 2 weeks waiting for hours service update and no body care
Penske is a great modern company
I love the app. Makes things much easier.
Driver app
No directions on how to use it
Option to add pictures.
I have used the app once. But a good option when you submit a repair order is to add a picture option to relate the problem. That way when they send someone out to get the problem fixed they will come prepared with the right parts and get us back on the road ASAP.
Logs
Great service to keep you legit on the highway
Used to be helpful, now it just crashes
Every time I attempt to look at the service history, the app just crashes. Not sure if that’s due to the most recent update. Hope they fix because the app used to be very driver friendly (as far as service requests and unit information).
Truck driver really enjoy this app
State of Wa
Doesn’t give you option to sign in as co driver.
I was told to set this app up. Done just as I was told. My husband and I team drive. I was looking for a way to go on sleeper and finally after being signed in as driver without the option of being a co driver I find an option for co driver it’s to log out log in to co driver, I try to do just that and the sign in page doesn’t give an option for a co driver. So now I’m signed in again as driver, I am not the driver. I’m riding in the passenger seat and need to go on sleeper berth have no idea how to get that done!
