The issues with phone up to date and watch up to date not worth the headache I understand it’s android but is there anything that can be done I have the movado smart watch my fav but becoming useless with my iPhone.

La aplicación funciona a medias una vez que restauras el reloj de fábrica, sin embargo al asociar la cuenta de gmail para llevar el registro de actividad en Google fit dice que no se pudo copiar la cuenta al reloj.

Hi Google, Please, can you update this app; it’s been two years since the last update, it’s should be updates with bug fixes, refresh, and new features. I have no idea why you would basically abandon an app that is needed by many customers. Kind regards, Google fan

I almost never reviews, I don’t think I’ve done more than five in my life. I came on here to say this app is complete and total 100% trash, it never works, it always disconnects, do not ever ever buy a watch that requires this operating system.

Não consigo conectar o Galaxy Watch 5 pro com esse aplicativo. Ele não consegue encontrar o relógio para parear e conectar.

CASIO G-SHOCK PROTREK WSD-F30を使用しています。 iPhone 12proを利用し、wear osアプリ内でペアリングをしようとしますが一覧に表示されません。 CASIOにも問い合わせていますが、Googleのサポートセンターへ直接問い合わせをしていただくことをご検討いただけますでしょうか。との回答が来ました。 上記機種でペアリングが可能になるように改善して頂けないでしょうか。

ペアリングについつ
PROTREK WSD-F20でペアリングが出来なくなりましたが、アプリ削除して再ダウンロード、時計もリセットして設定やり直しでペアリングが再開できました。どうしてもペアリングできないときはやってみては？
account doesn’t connect
so i guess the devs just decided that it wasn’t worth their time updating this app for the past 3 years, and you can’t even attach your account to your watch on ios. so dissapointing that such a big company would do this

Androidでは対応している、二台目のスマートウォッチも登録出来るようにして欲しい。iPhoneに機種変更してから、一台しか使えないので、使い分けが出来なくて不便です。

I had a connected 3 broke. Had to pay over $500 to upgrade to Connected 4. The watch and App sucks using it on a IPhone. I have to spend about an hour to connect the watch to my phone every time I want to wear it. They have reduced the amount of watch face that are compatible. Total waste of money. Don't Do It.

The fossil gen 5 problems once connected to wear OS: 1. The battery life only lasts one day 2. There isn’t enough apps 3. The fossil watch disconnects just when I left one room. 4. It glitches many times and disconnects the phone from Bluetooth. 5. Some apps don’t open. They need to fix this otherwise many people will give a bad rating. I bought another watch and it had the same problem. I definitely know it’s there is an issue with the app. This is why I gave it a one star

iOS16.1 iPhone12pro wear os2.38 ticwatch pro3の環境で使用中ですが、特に問題なく使えています。 ただ皆さんのいう通りアプリは起動しておかないと接続が切れますね。 これはタスクキルしなければ問題ないので構いませんが、多少不便なのは間違いないです。 スマートウォッチ上でGoogle mapのナビが使えれば文句無しの星5でしたが使えないので可もなく不可もなくの評価です。

I been trying to connect my watch to the app multiple times but it won’t let me connect and I call them too and still they won’t help don’t waste your money buying a watch from this app or any other watch that have to be connected to this app bc it won’t work
Katastrophale Verbindung mit iPhone
Die Smart Watch von M. Kors trennt sich nach kurzer Zeit jedes Mal vom Handy ( iphone11) Muss jedes Mal die Uhr zurücksetzen und App neu runterladen trotz regelmässigen Update! Die teure Uhr ist somit nicht als Smart Watch zu nutzen.. ärgerlich da die App in Verbindung mit der Uhr nicht dass tut was sie soll !

Купил Айфон 14 про, скачал wear os ( предварительно отвязал от андроид часы) , нажимаю соединить - выходит код на часах и на телефоне ( один и тот же) - если подтверждать в любой последовательности - продолжает крутиться «поиск часов» и все … в итоге удалось создать пару (слава тиндеру;), правда с 50-ой попытки. Так что пробуйте ! Важно помнить - делайте попытки всегда «чистые» : удаляйте в настойках синезуба часы перед новой попыткой, на дроиде удалите веар ос если был, часы верните в заводские настройки… у меня лично сработало, когда переустановил веар ос на айфоне.

Impossible de connecter ma montre à mon compte Google, avec mon ancien Samsung aucun problème, depuis que je suis passé chez Apple impossible à connecter avec mon 11 pro Max, dommage je ne peux pas utiliser ma montre qui était un cadeau … j’aimerais bien une solution à ce problème j’ai regardé partout et aucune réponse à mon problème

ticwach proを使用してます。 文字盤の機能設定ができない。 本体での通話ができない。 また、時計本体のバッテリーの減りも早くなってます。 Apple Watch以外でも、まともに使えるようになれば利用者も増えるかと思います。 期待してます。

How am I able to download this app but can’t set up my google pixel watch with iPhone. Genuinely stupid and I have no choice but to get a refund for this stupid watch

CASIO PROTREC Smart WSD-F30 を愛用し、これまでAndroidスマホからペアリングして使っていましたが、スマホをiPhone 14に替えましたところBluetooth で iPhoneを認識しますがペアリングができません。アプリの削除や端末の初期化をしても改善できません。最新のiPhoneにはまだ対応出来ていないという事でしょうか？これではスマートウォッチの意味が無いので早急に改善をお願いしたい。
