Issues between watch and app
My TicWatch keeps disconnecting from the Mobvoi app.
Totally trash
Absolutely useless. Tried countless times to connect my Ticwatch 3 Pro Ultra with my IPhone 15 Pro. On the watch is required to connect using Mobvoi App. In the Mobvoi App is asking to connect to Wear OS firstly then “ try again”. Huge frustration as I have a watch which not even able to start and use. Overall you have 3 stars but I think is just a mistake. Twi different App but both useless. I would give -5 but impossible. I will send the “ pro ultra frustrating” watch back and will get a real SMART one.
Loading is very slow
Loading time is impossible long. Connection issues I believe and in addition it would ask you to turn off and on bluetooth on your phone. Even that doesn’t work after all.
tic watch pro 4g
need to add tic watch pro 4g
Update broken app
***update 4.5.1*** Brought functionality back to life on the iOS 16. Update 4.5 broke the app on iPhone, won’t even load now. Shows the launch screen then kicks back out to home screen.
App Crashes EVERYTIME I pair
Got excited to finally track my health but the app crashes every time I open it so none of the data from the watch uploads into the app. It has basically made my watch useless.
Nice app
Nice app very simple to use and good UI. Is it possible to reduce police size as it was before ? I was able to have more information without scrolling now for the same amount of information i need to scroll twice or more
No longer link to fitness app
After Mobvoi recent update, cannot link Mobvoi to Iphone Apple Health ! Please fix the bug . Thanks ..
Time
My time is in army mode and I don’t know how do change it I just got ticwatch GTH so far good but can’t figure out how to change the time from army time to normal
Useless
Everything was working until it got unpaired and now watch is useless after spending $300 dollars for it because it does not connect to phone
Great
Bug fixed and working now, thanks for quick response:)
Mobvoi recorder
The recorder is impossible to connect with my iPhone and the instructions are really poor Waste of money 👎🏼
Doesn’t work anymore
You fixed any problems and now it doesn’t sync sleep and steps. Stop fixing what isn’t broken, but before you do that Please fix the app so that it works.
Stuart turner
The GTH Pro is easy to use, comfortable to wear and well priced. The innovative heart health function stimulates the desire to keep your exercise rates up and look after your fitness.
Avoid this lousy watch maker at all costs.
Lousy app, frequently fails to connect. Highly unreliable, definitely don’t recommend!
16th October 2022 - not opening (FIXED)
Updated today (16th October). App no longer opens on an iPhone XS using iOS 15.6.1 Edit: new update released and now working again. (20th October).
iOS 16.3.1
As of the latest IOS 16.3.1 security update the Mobvoi app will no longer connect to to the Pro 3 Ultra GPS watch! It says that the WearOs app is not properly connected when it actually is connected.
Doesn’t work
Since the version 4.5 is out, the app doesn’t work anymore. When I try opening the app it blinks and shuts down. Tried rebooting the phone, reinstalling the app, but nothing works.
Glitchy
App sometimes disconnects with phone especially after charging phone . Latest release DOES NOT HAVE ADDITIONAL SPORTS ( brags about having hundreds ) . Limited number of sports . TRADITIONAL WEIGHT LIFTING NOT SUPPORTED . Fail fail fail !!
No ticwatch pro 5 support on iOS watch is bricked
There’s no option to sync ticwatch 5 on iOS/iphones. Disappointing because I just got this watch a couple of months ago and it’s useless now.

Problem
I can download the app but it doesn’t seem to open it kicks me out it
Broke after update
This was working fine on my iPhone. It synced with iHealth and everything. After this last update it doesn’t open. It flashes a white screen and then closes. Tried uninstalling and installing. Same thing.
Easy to use and navigate
I love all features.
Ticwath pro 5
Add Ticwatch pro 5. Do it work with iphone. Because I want to buy TW pro 5 and use it with my iPhone. Please make it work with iPhone.
A work in progress
I like the app however find it painful loading a full set of data from the watch repeating the process multiple times. Since the last update yesterday, the app crashes every time I try to share data. Sure hope it gets fixed in the next update. Otherwise the app is quite nice and has been for some time.
Unable to connect my Mobvoi ANC with the app
Earpods connected with my iphone but the app keeps on showing ‘no connection’ and failing to connect.
Ticwatch gta
How long to add support for ticwatch gta?
How
Hi
can’t login
can’t login or use my watch
Decent app
Works relatively well, although the health app integration is better in Android. I also feel like the bluetooth connection is better (although that could just be the phone I was using). Its no Apple watch, but for its combination of smart display technology (pro watch) and decent stats tracking, and excellent battery life, its a decent option for a smart watch for IOS; although I wish IOS messages and phone were integrated more. I also appreciate that cloud sync is optional: good if you prefer privacy.
Can’t get it to too connect
Wear os is connected but can’t get the Mobvoi app to connect.
Sync problem on ticwatch gth
So the problem is when I am trying to sync a watch face it just says sync failed and I am very unhappy from this also the default watch face is really bad in my opinion so that got me more sad so I hope you fix this ASAP. Thanks.
Just email support.
I have the ai recorder, couldn’t pair it with the app. Emailed support a few times was told to “try now there’s an update”. Boom started working. Thanks.
DO NOT USE WITH A TICWATCH PRO 5
This is useless with a ticwatch pro 5. Will not connect and setup the watch. Had to return the watch.
ウォッチフェイス Watch face
I want you to add a lot of new watch faces ウォッチフェイスをもっと追加してほしいです
Installing a watch face with an image takes absolute ages
I’ve been trying to get this done for twenty minutes and it’s not working at all. This is my second time trying to set this watch up as I just changed phones and it’s the same tedious process.
Ticwatch Pro3 GPS
I have had my watch for a few weeks now and am enjoying it very much. I would love to give this app 5 stars but there are a couple things it doesn’t do just yet that are stopping me. I was very happy to find that the Mobvoi app does send date to the apple health app but it currently does not send blood oxygen data and the sleep data is very general. I could never get it to send sleep data at all to the google fit app, I tried every trick I could find online but the sleep information just never would show up in the fit app. The sleep information in the Mobvoi app is decent but hard to read. I noticed that if it recorded more than 1 session per night the later sessions information is layed out much nicer and easier to read not all offset like the first session is displayed.
Great customer service, loving the new app features
Syncs without issues 👍
No tic watch pro 5 in device list
Don’t see ticwatch pro 5 in the device list. So unable to connect.
TicPods ANC!
We’ll happily give this app a full 5-stars if we could adjust the sound volume for TicPods ANC because the earphone is too damn loud and we can’t do anything about it. Please update the app.
Meh
I have a to watch pro 3 and I love the watch, but none of the data syncs over to the Mobvoi app.
Connection problem with ticwatch pro 3 sorted
Revising my earlier review where the app could not pair with my new Ticwatch Pro 3. It is now paired, much have been some strange glitch :) The watch is absolutely brilliant. Not sure about the app yet :) Of course you do not need this app to use the watch with iphone :)
New Ui is fine
Very like this design

New Update

Tic Pods pro 2
Had a few difficulties with buds discharging in the case rather than charging company have been first class and exchanged my product just took some time to receive my new ones I hope they are ok now as the sound from them is awesome. As this company grows folks should show some patience. Sound is 5 star customer service has been 5 star to me but waiting time has been longer than should be so 2 stars for waiting. Thanks
