Good game
Starts off easy and gets a little challenging, I like that very much.
Bad
This game is just bad. The puzzles make no sense and the UI is horrible. In the first level you get a black cube from inside an egg, then you put it in the wall above the fireplace, then you cut out a square in the picture in front of the hole, then the level ends? Whoever designed these puzzles was on something.
Amazing game
I personally love puzzle and horror games. This game was one of a kind game. Tho more hints will help. I got stuck in flower drink, and I couldn’t solve it. So I searched online. It’s a amazing game with deep meanings and amazing puzzles. Definitely recommend and worth my time.
BUG:The lever, in winter, is locked😤
Done everything right and the level won’t let me pull it down! I even had to consult the walkthrough to make sure I wasn’t missing something...and I’m not! HELP! Please fix this bug 😭😭😭 (Other than that I’m only now discovering this series and it’s 10/10! But I’m trying to play them in order and WITHOUT guides and this one won’t let me play through.)
But in second season
I can’t activate the cube in the second season. I put it in the wall, completed the photo, but it won’t activate.

Embora outros jogos da saga tenha uma legenda das frases em inglês, esse primeiro jogo é todo em inglês. O mais chato é que na hora de baixar, nas especificações fala que tem o idioma português. Seria mais legal a Apple ou o desenvolvedor arrumar a especificação do jogo.

Gave up and deleted when i couldn't escape the room. I did everything there was to do and the ‘picture was incomplete’ except curious as to what was incomplete I watched the video and I had all the picture pieces.

Bug with the mushroom
I’ve been trying to finish this game but after collecting the mushroom for the scary juice- it disappeared from my inventory and won’t let me continue. Love these games though!
Very dark content. Not for all ages.
The animation style, however good, gives the impression that this is appropriate for ALL ages. But it certainly is not. For example, puzzles include bloody body parts, sliced woman's throats, fetuses being pulled out of toilets with plungers, and men shooting themselves in the head etc. I was not expecting any of this. This is very dark content for a puzzle game and warnings should be introduced.
Bird bug (spoilers)
Really amazing game, I’ve recently started playing the cube escape series and I love all the games. However, I had almost finished this one, but couldn’t get the last fuel, and didn’t know why. I looked online for a walkthrough, resetted my progress and followed it exactly, but the bird didn’t return to the window. I read other reviews and saw that others have had this issue too. It would be five stars if not for the bug.

Прекрасная и очень атмосферная серия игр, установил все платные и бесплатные, переодически прохожу их снова. Но теперь, при повторном прохождении, в самые ответственные моменты всплывает окно с рекламой которая всю атмосферу игры убивает напрочь. Еще год назад в бесплатной серии игр не было рекламных вставок, играть было приятно, игра увлекала, хотелось перепроходить ее снова и снова. И купить другие, платные приложения. Теперь же, как только ты сконцентрировался на прохождение игры и приятной музыке, как начинается дикий трэш из рекламных роликов. Это вызывает негатив, особенно когда до этого ты не один раз проходил игру без подобных «сюрпризов». Игроки готовы покупать ваши игры, мы их любим, но не портите то, что уже сделали очень хорошо.

I played this game when I was little and now I’m replaying the entire series. This is a very unique game and it was a lot of fun.

Overall great game, just two things that bother me.
I have been a huge fan of rusty lake games for a very long time, and I always come back to play them again every one in a while. Two things that I don’t like about this game: one, the clock. SPOILER, there’s a part in this game where you need to set the clock to different times and the clock itself is just so small that it takes forever to set it right. One wrong click, and you move the minutes to much that you have to do it all over again and it’s very tedious. Two, there’s this glitch where even if you do everything right the bird will not come to the window to give you a flower that you need, and without that flower you can’t move on in the game so you’re just stuck. I had to eventually re-set the game and play it all over again just to get the bird to the window. Reading other reviews, this seems like an ongoing issue from like 5 years ago which I don’t understand why this bug isn’t fixed yet?

I love this series and downloaded/bought every single game available by rusty lake to eventually play through all of them. Lowering my rating though because the ads are way too frequent. Can’t even go to the game menu to turn off music without sitting through an ad, just to fix the setting and have to sit through another ad to get back in game. I would buy the game ad-free if it were available just so I could get through it without any more distractions!

So buggy now and has ads despite buying game
Played through the game when it was new and had decided to retry it after many months. Disappointed now that there are ads even though I purchased the game. Also cannot get the bird to come through the window despite looking up walk through to confirm I did all that was supposed to be necessary. Settings gear won’t load anything but a black screen and spinner that never stops spinning. Wasn’t originally this buggy and bad. So disappointing.

It is hard but at the same time it’s fun and good Who ever likes hard puzzles With a story this is the game for you. It’s weird, but I like it and I think you will to and surprisingly I am a 10 years old!

Not quite as good as desktop version
While the core gameplay and puzzles are still intact, the mobile version is missing the 3D effects of the desktop version which really gave this game a unique personality. Still a good puzzle game but this version is a step back in graphical presentation.
