Great app
Outstanding livestream and Ai highlights and analysis
Worst AI ever
Paid $10 for a 40 minute match and the AI only recorded one “12 second rally.” Don’t buy.
Can’t sign in
Each time I try to sign in it looks like it tries to work and then boots me back to the Home Screen, asking if I want to sign in or join PlaySight. Is the app down for maintenance?

Still Needs Improvement
To keep it short and sweet, it’s very easy to record your videos, but retrieving them as of late has been an issue. Any video recorded is stuck at “0% Uploading” making reviewing your games impossible. Furthermore, the editing of the videos should be reworked, it’s too difficult to do and very tedious only being able to clip tiny pieces.
Great for watching live-streams
Used the app to watch Tampa baseball games and it was easy and loved being able to see all the cameras whenever I wanted.
Terrible user experience
Too many clicks and the subscribe button never works. I’ve tried subscribing multiple times and can’t get it to work. Not sure how they’re making money.
Can't change camera
Everything about this app is good and is easy login on court, except changing the camera view. I went into editor and it still doesn't work.
Update update update
Anytime I try to open the app it asks for an update. This is insane. What are you guys doing? Updates every two weeks?! It's annoying.

I’m just glad I can watch college tennis on this app
Glitchy and too hard to use
Teammates send me links to our matches but they only open in browser. There’s a view in app button but all it does is open the app, no link to match. Do yourself a favor and get a stand for your phone and record it yourself.
Loading time
The loading time DOING anything is ridiculous. Also why is the video playback SO CUMBERSOME. I get its free but man oh man this UI is badly designed.
Editing is a hassle
Love the recording of tennis practices and data it provides. The limitation is in the editing. If you could simply import to iMovie or other and not edit in the app it would be perfect. Too much of a hassle to create ‘clips’ in the app.

Rarely works
3 out of 4 times I’ve tried to login, I’ve had to reset my password. Currently, I can’t login to do anything.
Can’t swipe for stats
The new app update won’t allow me to swipe to see my stats, otherwise I would give 5 stars, on the other version I never had a problem, please sort this ASAP
Video playback
This has the potential to be a great tool, but what I really don’t like at all is that editing and cropping the videos is not an option. Creating a clip by having to go through a full live recording of a recording just does not make any sense. Yes, I could probably put it into my library and crop/trim it there, but then I wouldn’t be able to bring that version back into PlaySight. And I wouldn’t have to do any of this if my session recording was from when I actually scanned into the court, which is how I thought this worked. Instead, I got an hour + before I joined the court and another after I exited the session using the app. I’d appreciate any help.
PlaySight Sports Video
My favorite features on the PlaySight app are the ability to create highlight clips, and the ability to voice-over/draw over videos. The app allows me to share the highlights and edited clips out in text or on social media. I also really like the zoom and frame by frame features on the video. Having all of my videos and edited clips in one place makes it really easy to stay organized as well.
Video keeps flipping upside down
Any slight movement of the phone results in the video turning upseide down

App on iPad Pro crashes trying to stream live tennis match. Android version works fine.
Great app!
As an athlete I love to look at my video after sessions and check out my stats. I’m able to do this easily on the go and I’m also able to creat clips, highlighting specific things from practice sessions and matches. Having video, stats, and editing tools at my finger tips has allowed me to really focus on certain aspects of my game for development. This app is great I absolutely love it!
Terrible scam
Don’t waste your money on this app. It’s extremely difficult to navigate and not only that, the main function of the app which is to watch video DOESN’T EVEN WORK. Terrible services on their part.
Great App for Highlighting Kids Basketball games
My kids love using this app after their games. They go in to cut and edit all their highlights and great shots. Highly recommended for anyone who is lucky enough to have PlaySight at their school or tournament games.
Unprofessional
With the amount of money and time and effort that is invested in these sports, and the seriousness that comes along with the possibility of getting hand selected by scout, you would think they would develop an app that would be more professional than this. There is absolutely potential here, but I can’t even reserve a time for a future date to be notified when the game is streamed. I put one filter on, “baseball/softball”, and only one game pops up. Are you kidding me? There should be rosters of games popping up and I should be able to select which one i want to be notified of when it goes live. The future of entertainment is right here. Your future Hall of Famer’s are on these fields playing right now. The billions of dollars that is put into sports and entertainment, instead of academics and economics, is mind-boggling. However, looking at this app, it does not reflect that. Perhaps if this app was paid for like GameChanger, it would be better. For now it seems like a ghost town. A handful of reviews from 1 to 5 years ago, and the layout of an application that is destined for success in the right hands. Invest in this app, update and consider the future of these kids lives are possibly up in the air based on missed opportunities that this app failed to capture.

Finally a way for a club player to review their stats including a video. The detailed stats are so helpful and the added benefit of video is very cool!

Amazing app for tennis players and athletes
This app is great! I can watch the video, share my highlights with my friends, and track my data and analytics over time from any of my SmartCourt sessions. PlaySight was the first time I ever saw myself play sports with HD cameras and video - just like the top pros. It is much easier to improve when I can see exactly what I am doing wrong and right. And the app lets me do that from the road or anywhere in the world - and not just on the court.
Bad for college tennis
Every college tennis stream I’ve tuned into has had bad video and audio quality, it’s frankly upsetting that they’re an ITA/NCAA exclusive partner. Even the TennisONE app had to send a notification explaining that the poor quality wasn’t because of them.

If I could give a zero I would. Absolutely unwatchable. I have the fastest xfinity they offer. I swear playsight is using dial up still. Most frustrating game I ever attempted to watch
