Coach rating
App is a little wonky but the coach I connected with (Mark Tarentino) was fantastic. Great feedback, great communicator, fair assessment and super thorough review!
Big Scam
Not functional and terrible managed. It took me more than 24 hours to be evaluated, you can only upload 1 video and the evaluation is extremely superficial with no feedback or any sort of communication. The only reason this app exists is TO ripoff people who needs to get the stupid DUPR
Coach Gary Pogue
Excellent experience going through my evaluation and explanation. Highly recommend Coach Gary.
Hard to navigate
I’ve used computers for years, but sadly, I find this website It’s not very easy to find what you need and get there.
Awesome Service!
Rating was through and helpful! Glad I did it!
Inadequate evaluation
I was evaluated for a total of half an hour while playing with sub 3.0 players. I was adjusting my game in order to give them a chance to play. I don’t understand how an advanced player can be fully evaluated under these circumstances.
Rating
This is only useful if you don’t have a DUPR rating! It is interesting to upload play and get the coach's rating.
Coach Michelle
Coach Michelle is an excellent coach and great giving skills to become a better player.
Scam
Money making pyramid scheme
DUPR
Mike was an excellent coach. Thank you.
Doesn't load!
The ago doesn't even loaf. Just an endless spinning circle with a skip video button that does nothing!
Great coach
very accurate in assessment and description of skills
Buyer Beware!
It took a long time to even be able to upload video and no feedback on game provided. I would not recommend anyone use this product if they want real feedback to improve their game. Canceling this nearly $100 wasted experience. Lesson learned
Roger is awesome
Thanks
Zero stars if possible
Don’t waste your $50. I have experienced zero communication from these people. Wish I could get my money back, but of course, support won’t respond to any questions, so why would they respond to refund request. I uploaded a video per their instruction. Video was accepted. 4 days later, I get a system note video was not accepted. I upload another video. System said successful. Again it’s been 4 days and nothing. No response from support. Ripoff!
Coach Patty Blood is the best
Patty Blood is an outstanding DUPR coach who brings incredible knowledge, patience, and enthusiasm to the game ofpickleball. She has a special ability to work with players at every skill level, from beginners learning the fundamentals to experienced players looking to refine their strategy and improve their DUPR scores. Patty explains the game in a way that is clear, encouraging, and easy to understand. Her coaching helps players build confidence, improve consistency, and elevate their overall performance on the court. Many players, including myself, have seen real improvement thanks to the time and care she puts into teaching. What really stands out is the positive and welcoming environment she creates. Patty is kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping people grow and enjoy the game. She’s not only a fantastic coach but also a wonderful friend and an important part of the pickleball community.
Hard to upload video
Only a small video can be uploaded and have to keep screen on otherwise upload failed. After a few minutes uploads only less than a minute video, coach said too short to give feedback. Totally a scam of the app. Not able to use
Coach Dylan
Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable
Rediculous
DUPR Coach is a waste of time. Completely arbitrary. I have an established DUPR from actual game scores and it is a full half point lower than my coach rated me. No feedback offered. Just a score.
DUPR accesses
I had a great time doing this it’s short, but got me warmed up. Too bad I need to go to work. Great coach to work with.
You get what you pay for with this app.
You can only submit one short video at a time. This just doesn’t encompass nearly enough footage to include much of your game. I learned more viewing my own videos (something I suggest everyone should do) than any feedback I received from a coach. In addition, I am finding it almost impossible to cancel this subscription. There is no direct way that I can find on the app to do this. I have sent several requests to cancel thru the video process and was even told that I would get cancelled, yet next month, I still was charged. My next complaint will be to the Better Business Bureau.
Assessment
Made was very professional and gave an accurate and fair assessment. He was very knowledgeable about what to look for and how to rate me as a player. He was fantastic!
Two minute clips is not enough
I wanted to give this app a try and have been disappointed in the feedback received. The limit on two minute clips make it very difficult to get a big enough sample to get ratings. My first two minute clip only gave me a rating in one area. Further, a numerical rating without any commentary is not helpful. I think one month of paying for this will me more than enough.
My DUPR Coach price by country
