Notes
Very cool feature just wish it was easier to connect to iwatch
Entries not showing on apple watch
Notes are not updating. I have 10 entries but only the first one shows on apple watch
Very good
Great on the watch. Easy to use.
Not useful
I was eventually able to get one note to export from the official Notes app and appear on the iPhone. Eventually, after editing the iPhone app and saving it, it also showed up on my watch. However, it was a lot of steps, and something that needs to be planned out in advance (it's not like you can just be walking around without your phone and decide you want to look at a note). In addition, trying to repeat the process a second time with a longer note simply hung, it seems like there is a length limitation. Also, trying to create new notes on the watch is useless if you want to use the finger-type ability. There is no ability to delete characters, and the bottom of the screen is cut off if you have the smaller watch face. I give it 2 stars because it does, technically, allow you to view notes on the watch, but there are too many problems to make it useful.
Good app one problem
Works well with my ultra watch. One problem: it doesn’t fit on the screen and the dictation microphone icon is only half displayed so it’s not easy to select.
Easy integration with Apple Watch
Love it!
Terrible App
Don’t waste your money, you cannot make a note from your watch, this app is solely dependent on your phone. I want my $2 back!
Only Shows First Note on Watch
Wish I would’ve discovered this before I spent a good 30 minutes “transferring” about 40 notes.
Trash
It works but there’s no way to back track in your notes on the watch. I’m stuck in one note and can’t see any of the other notes I have. Notes are also limited on characters as I only see half the note that I typed.
Please update
This app needs updates. Not working with the share sheet as it says it would. Looks like it was last updated 3 years ago. What’s up there.
Great App, but….
Since I’ve installed iOS 15 (now 15.01) and WatchOS 8.0 when I’m trying to make so yea on the watch itself, I’m no longer about to create notes using the microphone, only by scribble. :-( Otherwise it’s a useful little app.
Notres for Watch
Seriosly. Do not waste your money. This is the first purchased app that I found worthless. This should not be offered in the App Store. Bad for Apple.
No app for the Watch
Notes for Watch but there isn’t an app for the Watch
Only to look at notes on watch...
Despite seeing instructions somewhere on how to create notes in app with Siri, this function does not appear to work. I can also not navigate between notes on the watch. It literally is for viewing notes created on phone on the watch face. I’m very disappointed that the voice functionality doesn’t work for me :/
Okay but not great
It’s okay but it’s extremely slow on the synchronization
What?
I love this app! I don’t get all of the problems people (well two, to be accurate) are having. I have been using the app for at least two years and I have never experienced any of the issues cited. You do have to study a bit to understand how the app goes about accomplishing tasks, but what program doesn’t? This is one of the most used apps on my watch. There are quite a number of apps out there for dealing with notes and note taking and I have downloaded and deleted most of them. My little yellow Notes Watch icon is the only one that is still on my watch.
Will not work on my Apple Watch
Apple Watch series 7 will not size to screen.
Just what I've been looking for!!
The only thing to make it better would be integration to the standard iCloud notes, but I know that's not possible, especially with the changes coming in iOS 9. Brilliant, well done!
Works, but not Apple data
This app worked fine, but alert.... I was disappointed to find out it uses a *separate* database from standard Apple Notes. The info was correct, it was just so counter-intuitive that I did not imagine it could be true.
Does not update
It does not sync from phone to watch but it does sync from watch to phone. I will send them an email about the issues. Overall it’s a nice little app
Great note taking
I really like the ease of taking notes and having them display on my iwatch 4. Problem will not sync with my devices. Notes for watch is a great app I recommend the software.
Wish there was a trial so money wasn’t wasted.
Dictation to watch doesn’t work on new SE That was the whole point of getting it ☹️
Can not do checklists
It can not do checklists. This is what I use most in IPhone notes app. I want to check things off.
suggestions
✅can’t move line items up or down ✅no backup resource space for accidental erase ✅ no alphabetical list option Otherwise it’s very handy
IOS 13 may have broken dictation
Update: iOS 13.1 indeed solved the problem. My shopping list is again on my wrist and all is well with the world. I love this app, but after upgrading to iOS 13 and to a Watch 5 dictation doesn’t work—and scribble still isn’t supported. I’ve enabled Dictation on my iPhone, it works on that device, but despite rebooting both phone and watch, no luck entering text on the Watch itself. Nor am I getting sync from iPhone version of the app. Until this is fixed, app is broken.
Notes don’t always transfer
The concept of the app is good but the performance is inconsistent to say the least. The notes don’t consistently transfer from your iPhone to your watch.
Not consistent enough
When it updates and appears on the Iwatch, it’s great. But it rarely updates.
Notes Syncing
Does not sync with Apple Notes App!!
Take Note
Handy, reasonably priced, easy to use, & FOA sections helps. For example clearly instructed on how to edit notes.
Freezes when sending a note
Worked once.
Doesn’t copy all the notes up
Wa testing this app to see if it’s any good. Created 5 notes and only showed 2 on the watch. Kept the app open when creating them on my phone but still only 2 showing on the watch
Great app- update needed
Great app, had it working once need to fix the bellow issues: - Sync to watch, does not work - Edit notes on watch capability - Font size changes, not working
It does what it says
Impressive. It does what it says. Simple and easy. Love it and great for my gym program transfers.
Won’t update watch
The app will not sync to watch.
Works well after update
First time round it was useless. A message from the developer arrived a year later asking to try again. This time all is good and works great. Very useful. Why did it take so long???
Can’t sync iPhone notes with watch
Can’t sync iPhone notes with watch
Notes for Apple Watch
What a great solution! This is a a very well designed and elegant app that is a delight to use. This is one of a very few Apple Watch apps so far that are both really good and very useful Geoff Allan
No import
Cannot import from Notes on iPhone, even though the simple gif suggests that you can. And no response from a request to supply more-helpful information.
