Simplilearn has become Fraudulent from learning platform
They will sunset the programs soon after you have enrolled them within a year. And the blunt answer is the course is no more continuing. I am taking a legal assistance or Lok adadlat to get paid amount back. I warn everyone who want a to pursue course with them should be aware of there fraudulent marketing gimmicks.

Self Learning Videos are not audible
I tried this on ios both on my phone and ipad on downloaded content and on wifi The self learning videos are not audible, they are audible on the browser but not working on app.. please check this !

Useless App
Most of the time App is not loading content… udemy is far better than Simpli learn. Udemy is cost effective and simple. Simpli learn is harder and very costly. I would not recommend anyone to go with Hardli learn

Sales scams abound
Be careful, they are “selling” service. When things go wrong or not as expected your money is gone. They sold me a “discounted” exam voucher and didn’t not explain in the fine print that it expires in 3 months. When I was ready to take the exam they wanted me to pay again. In other words they took my money for an exam that I never even took. Very annoyed. The classes were also full of good, bad and ugly. Definitely not as much good as the money saved to take a more legit course.

When I try to search with the search bar, I’m not able to. It just shows an electrical outlet cord with a oops face and at the bottom it says try again, and never works. Other than that I love the app and thank you so much. I really appreciate what you guys do.

I signed up for course, paid fees. Course did not sign on time, raised a ticket and getting ghosted. No one is responding.
Helpful criticism
Overall this app has many different opportunities, functions well, and is very informative. However, if you are using a cellphone it may be difficult to complete task. It won’t registered when I finished lessons when I used my phone’s app to complete them. So I had to switch to my laptop to complete lessons and get my green check for my completion. The only other complaint I have is it can be difficult at times to know what a courses prices are because I doesn’t always directly state cost.
Error
I can’t seems to continue some of my classes there’s no continuation and the progress is showing me that I’m just 66%
Quizzes not Registering as Passed
Ive gone through 2 modules and passed quizzes on each module multiple time and it doesnt register the quiz or the module as completed. What can be the issue? Everytime I go back into the app and click continue learning it takes me back to the first quiz i have taken about 13 times and passed. Kinda frustrating.

Disappointed to learn that the first course I started was very old and dated. Found it very confusing as I couldn’t find any of the tools he’s talking about! Don’t try Facebook Marketing and advertising course! The course still tells you to be on a Facebook Local app when this app was discontinued by Facebook a while ago. The course is very basic

Sound missing from some lectures like the Linux course Sometimes lectures play for less than a minute and next video is played automatically without completing previous lectures. It’s happening constantly in the cloud computing course lesson 6 on the app

Fake Promises and Worst platform
Me and my Brother enrolled in Simplilearn based on my recommendation, and I genuinely regret suggesting this platform. Unfortunately, their experience has been just as disappointing—if not worse. Before enrollment, the sales team made very attractive promises about dedicated support, career guidance, and job assistance. They assured continuous follow-ups and a smooth learning experience. However, once the course was purchased, none of these commitments were fulfilled. My friend has been struggling to get even basic support. Calls and messages are either ignored or receive very delayed and unhelpful responses. There is no proper mentorship or guidance, and the learning experience feels completely neglected. The course content does not match the expectations set during the sales process, and there are hardly any meaningful updates. The promised job assistance is nowhere to be seen, making the entire experience frustrating and misleading. It feels like the platform focuses only on selling courses rather than delivering value. Seeing my friend go through the same issues after trusting my recommendation is extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise others not to fall for their sales pitch. Please be careful before investing your money, as the reality is very different from what they promise.
Some issues in Quiz Section
Hi there, thanks for your great apps. I have a problem with my home page and quiz section, actually I don’t have access them and confront this warning “Something went wrong, please try again later”
Fix the deep links
Bunch of the deep links are not working on iOS app. E.g. under top categories every single link upon clicking says try again. Same thing if you click at see all under Google courses for you. Please fix that. And it has been like this for quite some time.

Wonderful platform to learn
very bad platform for course
I had a terrible experience with Simplilearn, and I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing any course from this platform. Before enrolling, their sales team made big promises about full support, continuous guidance, and regular follow-ups for job assistance. They were extremely convincing and spoke very politely to ensure I purchased the course. However, once the payment was made, everything changed completely. There has been almost no support at all. Calls go unanswered, responses are delayed or completely ignored, and there is no proper guidance as promised. It feels like they only care about making the sale and not about the student’s learning or career. The course content itself is also disappointing, with very limited updates and no real value compared to what was advertised. The so-called job assistance is practically non-existent. What makes it worse is their rigid refund policy, which leaves you stuck even after such a poor experience. It honestly feels like false promises were made just to take money from customers. Overall, this has been a complete waste of my hard-earned money. I would not recommend Simplilearn to anyone. Please be cautious and do thorough research before trusting their claims.
A few minor flaws but not too bad
On the iPad, it won’t flip the screen from portrait to landscape when you turn the iPad. Also a few times after pausing and restarting, it would show a blank screen but you could hear the video playing. Other than these two minor flaws, the app works well. It would be nice if there was a 10 second forward and backward button as I have seen with other apps.
No video
All I see is a black screen and the voice of the lecturer😕 No video,I’m afraid Imma have to delete the app till further notice Please fix this quickly
Live Classes
If you paid and enrolled in the live classes, you will not be able to access them via app, only through the computer, that’s my only complaint, hopefully they make the live classes, recordings and files available.

Completion Bug
I love the app for what its for but sometimes it doesn’t record that I have finished the lesson. I have to do everything over before it will say that it is 100% complete. I don’t want to have to take a 53 question quiz again just because the app doesn’t want to give me credit for completing it!
Poor app quality
Frequently only voice is playing rather than video presentation.
Can’t minimize
I would have given a 5 star if one could minimize the app whilst writing in one’s notepad on their phone rather than having to pause, go write something in one’s note and then go back to the app to continue the video lesson. It’s exhausting. Please do something about that.

Charged twice for the same course
I have been charged twice for the same PMP course, due to multiple registration of same course attendance is also not getting marked Moreover, cant even claim digital key. Support staff keep closing the tickets without resolving the issue.
Quiz
The courses are informative but when I need to do the quiz (via mobile) it doesn’t display. I tried logging in on my Mac and can’t access it as well
Completion and bugs
I did 3-4 modules on the apps. When I continued on my laptop, the progression did not follow, need it to redo de modules. Quiz at the end of modules working half time.

I have used this app for my extra learning & profile building purpose. This app provides various types and sources of learning in different topics and the concepts are clear. My small feedback is you may provide subtitles for each and every videos, it would be useful. Since I faced the problem I have shared this. I hope my feedback will be useful for you.
It is a SCAM
Simplilearn is running a massive bait-and-switch scam. I joined their Cybersecurity course 8 months ago, coming in with 6 years of solid experience in Backup and Storage. During the sales process, their executive Prithvi Gowda explicitly promised me that my past experience would be counted and that the course was designed to bridge my seniority into the security domain. He assured me my 6 years would not go to waste. It was a total lie just to take my money. Now that the course is over and I’m in their "job assistance" phase, their tone has completely changed. They are now telling me I will be treated as a fresher and should only expect a fresher’s salary package. This is pure fraud. 1. If they had been honest at the start, I would never have wasted a single rupee on this course. 2. They wait until they have your money and your time before telling you that they plan to reset your career to zero. 3. Their "Job Assistance" is a joke that ignores your professional history. If you are an experienced professional looking to pivot, DO NOT TRUST THEM. They don't care about your career; they only care about their sales targets. They are demeaning experienced professionals by trying to push them into entry-level roles after promising otherwise. Simplilearn, you have cheated me of my time and money.
Bug during Assessments
Whenever I do a quiz or I would like to start a test, it always tells me that it has encountered a problem and to try again later.

Cannot sign in with my LinkedIn credentials. Too bad too, because I would have done a shoutout to you guys. Interface looks ok other than that bug.
Coslty but does offer live online classrooms
Courses seem over priced if you are just doing self directed online training. Not sure if their certificates are recognized anywhere.
