Asked for my phone number then didn’t accept it. Number was already saved in my account details. Eventually got round it by giving my old landline that is no longer active
Like the shop not the app
Using the app for the first time. Mostly easy to find and use, but the final steps found me having to repeat my address and telephone fields 3 times because somehow the next button doesn’t show clearly on iPhone 14. Annoying.

I would like to see a comparison button, some of your products are very similar and being able to open them together to be able to compare would be extremely useful.

Discount code don’t work
9 times out of 10 discount codes do not work and it takes days for anyone from customer service to respond to you and by that point the codes have already expired and the response you get is absolutely of no use whatsoever. This app has gone downhill to the point where it’s going to be deleted.

I always convince people the site is cheaper than they think, just check for offers and sales and plan to purchase in advance. Never bought anything from here that disappointed me and I hardly ever pay full price.

Ik hou super veel van hun producten. Het enige kleine nadeel is dat ik online niet gevonden heb hoe ik mijn eindkorting kon toevoegen en daardoor 7€ te veel heb betaald. Maar dat is een klein foutje op de webshop.

Very poor website experience/design. Would not allow me to use ‘part’ of my loyalty points for payment. Allowed me to select amount though not ‘confirm’ option on iPhone or iPad. H&B products are not the cheapest, even allowing for discounts, with online journey poor (as above).
Changes in supplies
Can i please just have one brand without having to change every month? They're constantly changing Multivitamins and as a subscription user it's annoying. Get one stick to it and re establish my subscription.

Bad experience
Very disappointing experience. My order has been pending for 10 days with no updates. Customer support has not responded to any of my messages, and I can’t even cancel the order. Poor service and a frustrating experience.

I’ve complained about this numerous times but no one has helped me. I was told that someone would phone me back when they weren’t busy but I’m still waiting 4 months later. Despite not having the maximum number in my ‘Favourites’ the app won’t allow me to add to my favourites because it thinks I do have the maximum amount. 🤷♀️
