Incredibly tedious booking process
It is SO hard to find anything: there is no search option and the Atlantis Inflatable session should have its one section. It doesn't. Please ask a few members of the public to find and book a session and it will give you an insight
Missed opportunities
Please could we have the option to select a few locations as favourites, not just one? Please could we have the ability to clear a notification once no longer needed, e.g. that we have now booked that class? When I book a pay as you go class, after my payment has been taken, I then get a message ‘Your booking has timed out and the booking process cannot be completed’ which is incorrect.

The whole process has been an absolute nightmare. Constant glitches, payment problems, technical issues and delays, combined with staff who often seem poorly informed and unable to resolve basic problems. Instead of making things easier, the process have added unnecessary stress from start to finish. Nothing runs smoothly or professionally. For something that should be straightforward. Very disappointing experience.

Very busy app
The app is hard to navigate due to the amount of information on each and every page. It is very busy, not very sleek in its design.
Annoying glitch
Usually not too bad. Every so often has a glitch where it shows the loading screen then goes off. I have to delete and reinstall to resolve the issue but then lose my access to all three local gyms and have to reenroll each time. Really annoying.

You’ve crashed the app at booking time so many times. Just changing the booking time won’t fix anything. Really poor
Can work though needs improvement
Helpful for keeping track of child’s progress with swimming, when it works. More often than not, I’m having to uninstall and then reinstall the app to get the sport passport to work though at the moment, 4th August, it’s not working at all. Please can it be fixed to actually work all of the time.

Super gym and pool with amazing staff. The facilities are excellent and the equipment is very good. Been a member for 5 years and it offers good value for money
Not fit for purpose
The app cannot compute having several individuals (children) on one email address so I can’t get into it to use the functions and it won’t let me in despite providing all the required information.
Almost useless
I used to use the app most days to book gym classes for a week in advance. For several weeks I’ve been unable to load any classes in the app as it says ‘configuration pending’. I’m running g the latest app and iOS
App fails
App is useful but I find it fails on me. Even though multiple attempts of resetting it still happens. Then I need to delete the app fully and reload. This is annoying as it’s often last thing at night when I’m trying to book on/cancel.

First time
Wanted to take the grandkids in to the new pool that we’ve been so looking forward to visiting. Felt like a pretty straightforward idea. But we found the process of getting tickets a bit of a nightmare. Not familiar with the pool arrangements, as a first timer, we fumbled our way through the many options and managed eventually to book a Family session. Using the booking on arrival then proved pretty clunky to us and we tried to apply the technology, but failed and had to be let in by the helpful counter staff. Starting in the ‘wrong’ pool, we switched, only to be stopped by the person with a whistle, who explained that we were not allowed to move to a different pool. Once we explained our booking was actually for the larger pool we were let in. The water temp in the larger pool was actually too cold for our 4 year old granddaughter so my wife took her back to the warmer pool, only to be stopped again. After speaking with them, the situation was then escalated to a Manager, who carefully outlined the strict ratios of swimmers to lifeguards. After waiting for two swimmers to exit they were then allowed to get back in the water. So not a great first experience, but hopefully it’ll get easier next time? We now feel we understand the rules and restrictions a bit better, but what started out as a simple fun idea to ‘take the grandkids swimming’ turned in to a tougher experience. Given we live locally and have paid for this ‘progress’, we were left with mixed feelings - a trip to the swimming pool used to be such simple fun.
Not working after 10pm
This is a common issue for years now and it will be reason not to renew my membership again! After 10pm the app is not working and says “configuration pending” You end up not being able to cancel any classes for the following morning and have to pay the late cancellation fee (unless you wake up in the middle of the morning ) It feels like this a Money Trap by Everyone Active to make it so difficult so people end up paying cancellation fees! So frustrating as I gave this feedback for years! Is this done deliberately?????

The app freezes, and I’m unable to book swimming sessions.
App keeps crashing
Frequently, the app crashes when it is time to book for the following week. Furthermore, using the app to sign in at venues is very problematic.

I’ve tried to use app and can not open it. I’ve asked for help at the pool center: they aren’t much help. I’ve sent two emails to your help centre and you haven’t replied. All I need is a link to change my password so I can log on ☹️
