The app is so easy to use and I always set an alarm for 12 noon to remind me to book.

Every morning I wait till 630 to log on and book aqua fit and every time I get on there it’s booked up it’s an unfair system it’s ridiculous

Brightness always drops after using app
A great app. Works well and integrates with iCal seamlessly. However after use my brightness is always reduced on my phone!
Slow!
Easy enough to use but so slow. When trying to book onto classes it just spends ages loading and then either doesn't book you on, or books you but doesn't tell You. It's really frustrating. Sometimes it says you're booked on and then later when You check you're on the waiting list. It doesn't seem to be able to handle when lots of people are on there at once trying to book.

Terrible UI & Missing Basic Features
This app is practically useless. It only lets you book, but doesn't send any notifications, doesn't show booking history/class details, and doesn't even allow you to cancel bookings directly in the app. Please fix this ASAP.

Suddenly, not working, how it used to
Ok but the screen often freezesAnd you have to then go out of the app and log back in by that point the class is full and you’re on the waiting list. Very annoying

Great easy to use app
This is a great, user friendly app. I don’t really use it to its full advantage as I only use the booking and notification aspects. It is frustrating at the moment though that the 5 day advance booking facility doesn’t click over until 1am instead of 12 for me, when others get to book from 12. I’m not sure if this is a FitSense issue or a gym issue. I have raised it with them. Other than that, it’s great.
Very bad user experience
This app seems very amateurish. It only works with certain credit cards. Any card that requires an authorisation code the page just locks up. In some circumstances you can’t enter the verification code and if you can enter it then there is no way to submit the code. Pretty useless really.
Frustration
Frustration when booking classes and i cannot get on to class i want when i start booking at 8am. when you think you are successful you delve deeper to find you are on the waiting list. However, Notifications when a place becomes available and you move up the waiting list is good.

I’ve had this app a month! I have an iPhone 16 and I’ve had the following issues: 1)notifications not working 2) syncing issues 3) wheel of death. Please look into this

Amazing everything you need in one place
Not fit for purpose
My current gym is using this app for entering the gym and booking classes. It has banned me as a member from booking classes because it doesn’t work properly. Staff members have tried removing the ban but the app won’t allow them. The have tried contacting you, the people they pay for the service, and you have not resolved this issues that started in April 2026 and is now June 2026. This is extremely frustrating and I am at my wits end because I am paying a membership that I can’t fully use. FIX YOUR APP!!!!!!

Doesn’t work
Used once to go to the gym since then can’t access my account as my password or email is wrong (which it isn’t) I try to troubleshoot it says go to front desk at the gym try to reset my password but can’t Awful app for such a great gym
Yogalates booking
Very good and easy and quick to use
Bookings.
I tried to book yogulates for Friday next. It said limited spaces available at 8.30 n it kept. ‘Spinning ‘ till 8.31 n then I’m On the waiting list !!!!! This is very difficult as being on time with Limited spaces it then became Waiting list !!! What else can one do to get on the classes we want !!!
Good app overall but could use improvements
I admire the easy to navigate features, however the app layout and color palette seems a bit outdated. One thing that would be very convenient is the ability to add the qr-code to apple wallet so I don’t have to navigate to the app each time I sign into my gym. Also maybe the ability to switch between a light and dark theme for the app.
All in one women only wellbeing leisure centre
A leisure facility with everything I need to look after my wellbeing. My routine is to first use the gym for good work out, then have a swim. To wine down I then use the jacuzzi and ending with the sauna.
Useless
No watch integration, and it blocks screenshots so i cant take a snap of the QR code and sync it to my watch so i can take avoid taking my damn phone into the gym. All i need is the QR code to get in, NOTHING else, and you purposely broke this. Uninstalled.
Limited
I find the app somewhat limited. When booking a class it can be a bit glitchy. You can only cancel a class up to 2hrs before hand
