App keeps crashing
App keeps crashing as soon as it’s open, not even enough time to scan the photoTAN or approval push notification. Currently it’s not usable at all. Please fix it!

Wenn man Probleme hat, ist die App beziehungsweise die Homepage leicht zu verstehen und man kann unkompliziert und schnell Hilfe bekommen.
Verbesserungsbedarf im Detail
Leider nach langer Zeit immer noch nicht korrigiert: IBANs werden ohne Leerzeichen oder sonstige Gliederung angezeigt. In der „Deutsche Bank“-App ist das deutlich benutzerfreundlicher gelöst, da werden die Zahlen in Vierergruppen angezeigt und sind so viel besser lesbar.

I didn’t know what should I do in case I don’t have any phone and want to loge in to my account.
Nur Probleme
Anfangs funktionierte sie sehr gut , aber seit Wochen stürzt sie nur noch ab somit kann man nichts online erledigen.
Login with smartphone
Impossible (for me) to login to my account on my iPhone. I need my laptop AND my iPhone.

Immer ist roter Punkt
App ist ok aber arbeitet nicht sauber. Nach Generierungen ist die App selber immer rot mit Hinweis… pass auf…. Jedesmal muss ich 2x aufmachen (ohne Grund). Erst dann ist der Punkt weg. Es stört!

…und bei Umzügen auf neue Mobilgeräten kann es sehr ärgerlich werden. Ich brauchte 3 Aktivierungsbriefe bis ich wieder an mein Komto kam.

Push Funktion geht nicht immer. Offene Erinnerungen (Kreis mit Zahl) bleiben bestehen

Only crashes all the sudden
I’m trying to log in and I can’t :( each time it opens it crushes and quits.
Fast gut
Funktioniert aber es ist lästig, bei der Push Benachrichtigung immer zweimal zu bestätigen. Macht man das nicht, gibt es immer die kleine rote „1“ an der App, das man noch eine Benachrichtigung hat. Diesen Bug noch beheben, dann gibt es auch 5 Sterne. (iPhone 14, IOS 18.6.2)

This app used to work. Now it crashes constantly. Can’t even sign into bank account since the PSD2 did away with paper codes. Now what??!!!

Unglaublich - um sein online Konto zu benutzen muss man die photoTAN aktivieren mit dieser photoTAN App. ABER die photoTAN App öffnet erst gar nicht sondern crasht sofort. Wie also soll man denn bitte an sein Konto kommen ????
Nonfunctioning app. Fire the developers
This app doesn’t work. You activate something, then it appears on your online banking, but when you go back to the app, it acts like you never activated the device. The poor developers who made this App that cost millions of dollars, weren’t even intelligent enough to make this screen size fit modern phones larger than 5 inches. Considering we have to pay a monthly fee to Deutsche Bank, to produce apps, that other banks just give to you for free, and then their app is worse than the other apps, is an embarrassment and Deutsche Bank should be ashamed. Edit: this app literally sends the TAN code to DB App and the DB App tells me its expired and locked me out of my account. Now i have to retrieve some special phone code to get this photo tan working again, but i found a a faster solution; leave Deutsche Bank.

Crashes
App crashes and I can’t use my bank account to purchase anything. I have to wait for a letter in the mail and activate again. Deutsche bank does not offer support. Closing my account. Avoid Deutsche bank .

Not worth the download. Unfortunately there is no other way to do transactions if no Bank in near. Doomed if not working and software is crashing.
Permanent crash!
Crashed permanently. I was restarted device - nothing changed. Just crash.
Really terrible
Tons of crashing, i can no longer make basic transfers with my bank app because photo tan can’t open without crashing. Seems like the bug fixes have added more bugs than there were before
Not working
The code to activate the tan is just not working. I can’t even log into my online banking anymore. Anybody wonders why DB is going down hill?
This app is horrible
This is horrible. This app is useless. You need to wait for a letter to come then scan then go back to your online desktop computer scan something else then add a code then pray that it work. And after all of that it doesn’t work. Adding more! After some update now it ask a pin every 4 seconds and it’s not possible to make any transfers. This has to be the worst app in german history.
