Amazing company
I use Yelp to help me with many things in life, but the thing I love the most is their ability to help me with my plumbing business. I rely on Yelp quite often such a great company. Thank you for everything you do. Keep doing good work.
Kind of a scam
The company deletes your five star reviews and says that it’s an automated system that goes through and determines which is valuable to keep on your page. For any business, every review is valuable. I also feel like they have people send you messages that aren’t interested just to boost the price and make you pay more. The support is terrible and I do not believe it’s worth the money. Get the lowest possible plan because a majority of your calls are going to be random people that work for yelp.

i like yelp a lot, but it took a lot of budget spending to find a real client to work on their Project. being a new business, having to rely on advertising/marketing, it can be a headache when your trying to build from scratch, until you get your name out there, but overall, i do i have to say, they did get me a few leads. only other issue is, i got a lot of spam calls, it was outrageous. i wish they can fix that issue. but overall, i think i will stick with Yelp until Stone forge USA becomes a landmark for the Clermont FL and surrounding areas, for masonry/concrete/ work, and other handy man work.

Yelp is the worst review system for business owners. They have a pay for play system unlike Google! Stay away from Yelp

Leads are coming in, but conversion is weak
I do receive leads through Yelp, but compared with other platforms, they seem to convert into actual customers much less often. I respond quickly, provide competitive pricing, and still many leads disappear even after showing interest. I’m not sure if the same requests are being sent to too many businesses at once, but right now the advertising feels less effective than other channels I use. I’d like to see better lead quality and more transparency about what I’m paying for.

I’ve been using Yelp Biz as well as Yelp Customer Services for years. My experience has always been good with no issues. Great for pics, friendly user interface, and easy customer interaction! Do yourself a favor and get it today ☺️

Clients’ reviews mislabeled in our profile
The app is labeling our clients’ reviews as “Not Recommended”. Clients that contacted us and scheduled the service through Yelp. That is very prejudicial to our business. The “machine learning” tool is not working properly to identify fake reviews.

They have been great on helping me get costs and business. I’m very satisfied with this app. It works without any kind of payment.
Scammers got in
As a small business owner it was nice to see that an app was working and that leads were real. Now they aren’t. Been dealing with the same scammers for days. They keep sending leads from scammers that ask for your address so they can ‘mail’ half of the money for the project and some extra money for movers or some other contractor that I am supposed to pay for him. Old modus operandi. Unsubscribed until this is solved.

None of my reviews ever go through
I get some business but it’s very difficult. Everybody asked for our reviews and every email again saying I have a review doesn’t go through and then the ones that did got taken down so I actually told people not to leave me a review on because it won’t help anyway, and to go to other sources to leave me a review instead.

Do not use this app or let them talk you into using ads. The ads did virtually nothing for my business and I spent so much money doing it when I was told I wouldn’t have to spend any of my own money. What an awful business do not use yelp.
Praktisch nur leider nicht fürs iPad Pro gemacht
Super praktisch im mit Kunden im Kontakt zu sein, jedoch ist die Nutzung auf dem iPad Pro ein bisschen schlecht.
Can’t login with Google Account
As the title says, i’d like to experience the convenience of the app but I can’t since it won’t allow me to login with my Google account. It keeps on saying “A user account using [insert email] already exists. Please enter your password to continue”
Pay for customers
App is easy to use and navigate. It’s paid customers. I tried to download and try their “free” trial, all we got is a lot of calls and updates on how to utilize the app by paying for everything so you can maximize your spot and visibility on their app. If you don’t pay? It doesn’t matter how popular you are, you will be at the bottom, unless your niche is specific and few competitors are on the app. Best of luck.

Fake leads
Be careful business owners running ads on Yelp. You will get hundreds of quote requests but you can’t sell your products or services as these requests comes from Yelp’s fake users.
Sobre las Fotos
La aplicación para empresas es buenísima, pero lo que me frustra un poco es que no se pueden poner Fotos destacadas y que la Foto más reciente se muestre al final y la más antigua se la principal.
User Interface
User interface is a little off and difficult to navigate due to Yelp processing name changes and requests with a long wait. Pictures take a while to upload compare to Kijiji, FB Marketplace and Google.

Cette application pourrait être pratique si seulement elle pouvait fonctionner sur iPad ou sur iPhone récent. L'écran est minuscule, le clavier envahissant, cela fait des années qu'on ne trouve plus d'application comme cela.

It is very difficult to cancel the advertising charges once you have signed up for the service
I signed up for this app about seven months ago and was paying $150 a month for their promotional plan; however, I didn't receive a single client referral through the app during that time. I tried to cancel the service in July via the app, yet they kept charging me. I called to file a complaint, but they ignored it. Even though I submitted a request that day to stop the advertising—stating clearly that I no longer wanted to work with them—they continued to charge me through August. I hope to resolve this and stop being billed for an app I no longer want and that didn't help with sales; I would have been better off spending that money on Meta or any other platform that actually generates results.

Weird app
I used it as mobile mechanic. They force you to pay for premium, but still no results. Free app is ok, you get 'lead' and after you answer customers never schedule service with you. So I thought it's probably someone faking messages just to give reason to charge you. I got told that I will be charged after 30 days with discount, but I got charged 8 days after and shocked of course, so I just canceled this scam app. Promote your business anywhere, but just not here. Google, google maps and other platforms at least work.

Insgesamt finde ich die App gut. Nur schade, dass es sie nur für iPhone und nicht für iPad gibt. Auf dem iPad wäre sie doch viel nützlicher.

Small business owner wasting money
Horrible app and waste of money. Spent thousands over two months and received zero useful leads and did not reciece one call from “advertising” waste of money and time. Wouldn’t work with me with trying to fix balance one of their workers recommended and did nothing for me…. They just want your money.

Im Grunde macht die App das was sie soll. Jedoch macht sie das nicht besonders gut. Viele Einstellung vermisse ich. Ebenso die Möglichkeit aus dieser App Beiträge zu anderen Unternehmen zu schreiben. Das geht bei Google schließlich auch. Also Leute. Zeit für ein umfangreiches Update.
