J’adore l’application 😍
Overall great software but bad app
The web version is awesome and I use it all the time, but the App version is very difficult to work with. If the app could be similar to the web it would be great!
App is but except for notifications
Everything is great. Hoping for more app based functionality soon. But I've been loving it My only issue is my red Home Screen notification never goes away when a client messages me. After I read the message and respond to them I still have the red dot on the app on the Home Screen. Only way to get rid of it is to log out and log back in. Kinda frustrating. Can you guys fix this bug?
Always freezes
At the price they charge, this app should not freeze and lose access every week. They don’t compensate and keep saying it doesn’t happen often but trust me, every week I’m losing couple hours waiting for the app to load, along with my 20 employees. Complete BS
Limited Access
5 years ago I would have given Jobber a 10/10 but as the app has developed my 7 year loyalty has not given me access to any of the improvements. I don’t have sms, jobber payments or AI receptionist and with the Aussie $ low it would cost me $360 for the next subscription level but still no further functionality. So I stay on my loyalty level with basic services. Please provide all services to Australia so I can rate you 5.

We’ve been using Jobber for over a year and can’t imagine going without.
Horrible app
Horrible app, horrible interface, they email you and call you non stop, avoid this app with everything you have in you
Needs Dark Mode
Honestly an awesome app to use as an employee and user friendly. Only issue I have is there’s no dark mode, so the brightness can burn the eyes when using it in the early mornings.
Cut off screen
Two versions and still the screen is cut off at the bottom, can’t see team members, who’s writing these updates, terrible.
Leads
Wish there was a way to receive the leads directly to my iPhone when it arrives on

Timesheet
What happened to the timesheet? It’s horrible to use now and looks nothing like the rest of the app.

This app is awesome. One thing is for the monthly core plan there isn’t a way to download all my invoices onto a PDF all at once. You have to individually download them one by one. Very time consuming as a guy can bill out hundreds of jobs in a year. Hopefully something like this could get rectified.
While reading notes will randomly take you back to the top
While you try to scroll down to read notes it will automatically take you to the top without doing anything. It has also become incredibly slow used to be a great app now it seems it can’t keep up.
Jobber works…sort of
Jobber is one of the better platforms, we’ve tested them all however their ability to deal with glitches, inter app syncing/usability and pivoting to clients needs is why this is a 6.5/10 instead of a 10. It wouldn’t take much to push this app to the top! Mike

Too many glitches
It seems like they are more focused on making changes that are not needed, like implementing AI rather than fixing issues that have been known for years. 6months later they have multiple breaks a week. They are going the way of video game developers - more concerned with pumping out changes rather than honing in a software that works consistently - too bad they do not listen to their users. 10/10 do not recommend
Improvement
Great app, Could be improved by simple visual functions like adding your logo to invoices, adding images to your jobs, leads, inspections, etc.
Beware
Awful compared to other programs out there for the price. Long time to get in touch with support and issues with syncing to QBO. Invoicing from jobs on the app could be more seamless. Have to input extra emails for customers (site contact and AP, for example) and update their payment terms every time before sending the invoice instead of having it saved on the client’s page.
Quickbooks syncing
It would be great if we could upload expenses straight into Quickbooks. This would save us a ton of data entry being done twice. Once for Jobber and then again with Quickbooks.

Spam
I don’t recommend anyone to download this stupid app. As soon as I registered, within a couple of hours I already had two missed calls, one voicemail, and one message. I deleted the app, and a couple of hours later I started getting calls again.
Great for work
Very useful. Only minor criticism is that the old version had a tool to collect customers signature, which doesn't appear to be on this version
Great app, but
This app is insane, however I am a 14 year old boy that is trying to start a lawn care business and I don’t want to pay $100+ per month for my subscription. So I have decided to choose serviceM8 for a more affordable $30 dollars a month
Great with a grain of salt
Got the lite version assuming I would have schedule feature just like free trial as well as the optional feature when writing quotes for clients. They do state that it does not come with schedule after looking around. My fault but for over $30 a month I’d expect to have at least some of the basics that I need. My advice for small business would be to save your money and manage with paper and pen or find another cheaper app. If you got the money I’d say this app would do it’s just fine

Huge connectivity issues
I have been having consistent connectivity issues, even with two bars of 5G. It was all cool and stuff in the first season of job but you guys really gotta figure this out. We're trying to make money here and you cost a lot to our company.

Transformative
Jobber is a transformative and integral part of my business. I am not sure how I did everything before it. As a general contractor specializing in bathroom and kitchen renovations, jobber is not exactly meant for job sizes as large as mine, jobs that can go on for several weeks, but aside from the schedule everything else works incredibly well for what I need it to do. I personally pare jobber with Company cam so that I get all the admin and customer facing details sorted perfectly through jobber and scheduling of the crews, and then when it comes to the day to day tasks that is sorted out through company cam, so I am so thankful that they sync together so well. It almost seems like they are one app with how fluidly they sync. I recommend jobber to everyone I talk to that owns a business.
Beware – Unauthorized billing of your credit card
Jobber’s platform allowed a contractor to charge my stored credit card without my consent. The only option I agreed to was “keep this card on file,” which clearly means storage, not authorization for future charges. When I raised this, Jobber refused to address the privacy issue, insisting it was just a “billing dispute” between me and the contractor. In my view, Jobber's platform and/or applicable terms contain serious gaps that fail to protect end users, and this particular issue represents a serious failure of privacy practices. Jobber’s system design permitted unauthorized use of my personal payment information, contrary to their own stated terms and applicable privacy laws. I have filed a formal complaint with the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner. Consumers should be very cautious about storing their card information on this platform.

seemed great until we purchased it and now it’s like pulling teeth just to get an email back, we are lost and need guidance, and even payed extra for a person to train us who shows up hours late to zoom meetings and hasn’t responded to any of my emails. do better.

Will not let me log in
I have deleted and redownloaded this app multiple times and whenever i try to log in, it tries to open safari, fails, and then tells me to try again in 30 mins. And this happens on loop over and over. I can only access jobber on my browser. They also conveniently dont have a way to contact the company directly.

Way too technical
Too many sub categories, nothing integrates, too many steps to schedule a job and issue an invoice. Once an invoice is sent, you have to select what you want to include in the invoice as the notes and pictures aren’t attached to the invoice. The list goes on….
