Subscription
Signed up for a trial subscription and got billed for four months. Not even an acknowledgement of receipt on my correspondence with them. Product is for the small one man contractor, not for large companies.

Double check numbers
Please make sure to double check the math ive had a few jobs over bid on materials and a few under bud this isn’t a perfect app but it makes it easier to give an estimate
Best tool for construction estimates
Just snap pictures and brief description and it does all the hard work and takes away the headache
Unauthorized subscription renewal
Wanted to try the app since I have another one to see if it was better but didn’t work for me and canceled the subscription but yet I was charged anyways, hate when companies do that where you cancel and they still charge you hoping you won’t notice until months later I reported the unauthorized charge to my card hopefully I get I refund if I ever switch from the app I’m currently using I’m definitely not coming back to use this one.

Pricing is decent. Love the ability to change things if needed. Render needs work. Takes a while to get it where you want it for a simple task. I really like how the estimate gets put together and the ability to choose what you want on the estimate.

I have needed this app for ages now. I have used it in comparison to my estimates that I usually build myself and they are very close to the same cost with a lot less of my time spent doing the foot work with this app.

Incomplete
When I run an estimate for multiple jobs at one site it leaves off certain projects. I’ll add them and when I generate the estimate it drops other projects. Frustrating
Needing updates
The app is really good with the use of Ai but where I have a problem is that you can’t add or customize your final look of your estimate. You can’t add log or colors to name a few. Also not able to have a default rate for some trades.

This is the real deal
Here’s the real…I’ve downloaded a BUNCH of worthless apps, I paid for, and continue to do so… with no return whatsoever. this app is was not that for me. This app includes all the things u “don’t think about “as a contractor, in your quotes. If u get TOO busy to keep up with your estimates, Let this app do the heavy lifting. Give a general description of the job to be done with measurements ; a picture helps. Turns the above stated information into a very detailed, and ACCURATE estimate plus an AI generated rendering that got me to nearly 45% close rate. AND that = more $$. I rely heavily on g**gle ratings in my line of work. And this is the first time I’ve been impressed enough by a product I bought to leave a review myself 🤔
Saves a ton of time and work
Not a single complaint, taxes are accurate, material aggregates are within 5 percent (Home Depot vs say a dedicated lumber supplier). The invoicing feature is a learning curve and its yet to be determined once tax season gets here if the ease of transferring paid estimates is smooth. Customer service dialogue is assuring and consistent. The render function works best when you take spanned out photos. Honestly would have to knitpick to find an issue. I literally just realized there was a desktop version I may play around with one day but the app is basically all you need.
