This is an App made for a car hauler. It hits all the key spots to inspection. Its made for simple, effective and modern feel. All other apps are too complex.
No penalties for shippers
It’s happened multiple times that a load is assigned to me and when I get to the pick up location, the load has already been picked up by someone else and there is no documentation in Super Dispatch about it. There’s no punishment for shippers when they’re using multiple apps and they give you a load through another app to someone else and you pull up to the location to pick up after you wasted time and fuel money and the load has been picked up by someone else there’s gotta be a punishment for when this happens because drivers are wasting time money and fuel
Create Alert Button
Please remove that “create alert” button of the results page in the search. Some of us have fat fingers and accidentally hit that button trying to get to the next page or hit the last number in the list causing us to lose our place in the search results
Going in trash path
App use to be decent a few years ago, now its flooded with new 3rd/4th party brokers that low ball carriers and lying at a all time high. Ask questions and verify. Work with the legit companies. Good luck.
Good for being free
It’s a great app and quite easy to use and learn. But like everything else in the trucking world there are drawbacks. Having hundreds of loads this year on Truckstop I was looking for something to take and haul cars since they can be more laid back and plentiful to find. But having used the app so far it is quite aggravating to be denied dozens of easy CHEAP loads due to not enough ratings or time on the app. So even having a matured and clean DOT still doesn’t help with booking or scheduling on the app. Just writing this for others who want the unfiltered but useful truth when getting the app! Good luck out there guys, drive safe!

Best application for car carriers but need to be able to split the rate between Carrier and broker fees like on Central Dispatch.Current version doesn’t support it!
Suggestion
I gave the app 2 stars because it’s to expensive to pay 50 for just bol and invoice I think who ever used the loadboard should pay the 50$ and if you just using only the bol and invoice you should pay 10 to 15$ max It’s my opinion I don’t know about the other.
Add RUSSIAN
Add Russian language, most drivers using this app on daily basis are Russian speakers.
Must use if you haul cars
10 years in the industry and I have used every app for car hauling.. and there’s a bunch. If you don’t use super dispatch for all of your car hauling needs, you are simply missing out. They actively change to adapt by focusing on making the best interaction possible. I more than doubled my business because of super dispatch app. Saves so much time and is so easy to use. Load board alone is worth downloading this app. Super is the only company that put together an event..Supercon to get feedback from their users. I pitch this app to everybody and I don’t get commission. lol. SuperDispatch is very “app”lipical to every car hauler and using it will make your dreams and wishes come true.
Unusable
Since the update today, it’s rendered the app unusable click on delivery inspection. Nothing happened. You click on customer signature. Nothing happens. The update is horrible.

New update
This new update made the application slower. Now when I mark a vehicle as delivered it take a long time for it to update on the app as well as when I want to add notes only on the delivery information it wont save the notes. The other problem with this update is when you email over an invoice after delivery it wont mark it on the app as “invoiced” after trying to send the invoice threw email multiple times. Overall this new update made everything more complicated and harder to use. Please fix this asap. I use this app on a daily and now its made it harder for me to use it .

My truck broke down and I’m not using service and they still charged me for the month because that’s there policy it’s my fault because of there policy it’s a one way street with them they don’t care about the customers
Great but can you add a couple of things?
This app is great. I used it when I had my own authority and now the company I drive for has started using. A couple improvements I’d like to see is the ability to tap on the camera image to focus and the ability to capture pictures using the volume up button. Allowing the volume up button will also allow the use of a Bluetooth shutter button. Both of these are capable with the iOS camera app and really think they need to be available on SD as well. Another suggestion instead of having the “other” damage marking why not allow us the ability to type in a name of what we are marking?

Return the zoom button to the right corner, I'm taking a photo with my right hand and zoom was available, now I need two hands for this!!!!

Payment method
The description of the payment method is confusing. The old version was better (big letters COD and COP). We would appreciate if you put it back as it was before the update. Thank you!
Old posts
The old loads that are not available anymore and not removed by the broker they should be removed automatically if they are not updated after I don’t know 3,4 days.I’ve seen one month old loads that are not available.
