Location on “always”
Please do not force us to switch our Location services to “always” in order to scan and inspect units. “While using” should be sufficient. You do NOT need to track my location 24/7.

Really simplified my life and has given me one tool to get the job done with out a lot of distractions!
Escamers
When you list a car, it’s incredible how many scammers flood your phone with messages; it’s really annoying dealing with ten people asking all sorts of questions about the load, only for them to be unable to accept the assignment in the end—it’s a waste of time, as the details of available loads on this app somehow get leaked.
Scammers
You are paying $140 just to see there are jobs available for others. You have to call and try to enroll with each company on the loading board. Even that they all have different criteria’s to meet in order to pick up a load. Central dispatch is a scammer. Don’t waste your time nor money.

Before you Join!
Majority needs either a waiting period time for active MC authority or certain amount of ratings in order to get a load, if you don’t have either then you are going to have an extremely difficult time. I also delivered a load for “the finest carrier” and they refused to pay me for one of the loads because of “damage” on the vehicle that wasn’t brought up weeks later until after I asked about my pay. This company has its scammers. DO NOT APPLY HERE! Super dispatch also usually requires ratings.
Central dispatch needs to fix the issues with website access
The website constantly logs me out every few minutes, forcing me to sign back in repeatedly and disrupting my workflow. Another major issue is that many brokers post the same vehicle multiple times. This clutters the load board and causes me to waste time sorting through duplicate listings. It also uses up my text messages and notifications unnecessarily when I’m trying to find legitimate new loads. For a paid service, I expect a more reliable platform, better account stability, and stricter controls to prevent duplicate vehicle postings.
It’s horrible
