Trash apps
This is china version of good app super dispatch. These clowns created baggy app which spend time of driver. Don’t use this bulwhit if you are dealer or broker. Clients will hate you or your drivers will be only newbie drivers
App glitches and does not load
I’ve been using this app for 6 years and it seems i can’t go even a few months without some type of glitch where cars do not load, the app won’t open, photos don’t load ect. Do better.

This app has lots of bugs and it seems to not improve over time.
Lots of glitches, it always signs me out and I have to log in all the time, even when I press “keep me logged in”. When I take pictures for inspection it’s always slow and glitchy. And I use a iPhone 15 pro…. Creators of this app need to look up to Super Dispatch and catch up.
As an owner-operator, this app saved my life.
Ship.Cars is the future of ePod apps. Haven’t you ever wondered why most TMS/eBOL apps are slow, clunky, complicated and looks like they came out of the 90’s? Ship.Cars is changing that by bringing the idea of an eBOL app to modern times. The app is super easy to use and it walks you through the process without complications. Out of all of the ePods I’ve tried, this is the easiest and friendliest of them all. While the app/web dashboard has limited features, this is a new company who is constantly adding updates and listening to client feedback to bring features that mater to their users.

I wanted to look up my last deliveries info from archived section but I never found. Why not to see sorted by date?
Best driver companion app
This app generates BOLs that are saving my butt! Photos have the time and location and the BOL is sleek, easy to look at and the car sketches are actually making sense - not like other app BOLs. It is extremely easy to use on site - just slide forward! I have all the information in my pocket and my papers are sent to whoever I need automatically. My dispatcher loves it! He just imports the order and assigns it to me. That's it! Then I just slide through the steps and it's all done. I have the BOLs signed and emailed for 5 minutes and I move on. The app generates an invoice as well so I am dealing with no office crap at all. And with brokers always trying to lowball us, we are happy we ain't gotta pay for this.

Locks up iPads
1. This app is very confusing. Hard to except and assign a driver. 2. I get to the signature of pickup and locks up both on my iPad and iPhone. 3. You only get a picture of each side. If you want to get a better picture of a damaged (scratches or small dent) you can’t. 4. If you need help with this app you better be running bankers hours. And they will email you??? If I run into a problem mid loading I don’t have time to sit a wait till they e-mail me. I have used many apps for auto shipping and this is by far the worst one I have ever seen.
App is GARBAGE!!!
This app has let me down in so many ways! It freezes and crashes at any given time. It happens in the middle of inspections,after you’ve completed an entire BOL submission after finishing all the steps. Have had Bol’s syncing for an entire week. Oh and just today I even received information that after another Bol was syncing for a day now 4 out of 5 signatures are missing from same dealer whom definitely signed 5 times after each delivery inspection! This is ridiculous!!! I depend on this software and that it works efficiently. Not having Bol’s to submit to customers means no payment!!! This app is COMPLETELY GARBAGE!!!!!
