The Best Partnership Our Transport Company Has Built ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I truly can’t thank RunBuggy enough! They took our company from struggling to consistently find good-quality loads to now working about 95% directly with RunBuggy. The difference they have made for our transportation business has been incredible. Their team is extremely helpful—not only to us as transporters, but also to the end customer. They stay on top of carriers regarding pickup, transportation, and expected delivery ETAs, which helps keep customers informed and holds everyone accountable. As transporters, it is also our responsibility to call ahead and confirm vehicles before arriving. Because of that, I completely understand and support their $0 dry-run policy. Communication and confirmation are part of doing the job correctly. The RunBuggy app is by far one of the best we’ve worked with. It’s easy to navigate, organized, and the login verification codes add an extra layer of security for both carriers and customers. We are extremely grateful for the opportunities RunBuggy has given our company and for the relationship we’ve built with their team. I genuinely cannot express enough how great this company has been to work with. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend RunBuggy to transporters and customers!
Lots of dry runs which = $0 pay to the drivers, and no fees to cover your expenses on dry runs.
They do not care if you show up to pick up orders that result in dry runs (zero pay to drivers). Even if you show it is not your fault. You waste an entire days worth of work and burn fuel/driving expenses/tolls/etc. with zero pay. It says this in the contract but I obviously expect them to do what’s right when the driver is not at fault, but they don’t care about the drivers. This happens way too frequently. I let several dry runs orders go to give them Benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately it happens way too often.
Buggy by nature
The theory of runbuggy is excellent but the actual experience is far from what is promised. Communication is poor and tracking etc doesn’t work. Delivery also late- have to contact them repeatedly to get a response - if they respond at all. Poor experience.
Can’t Login
Can’t login with the newest iPhone update 12.1, so I couldn’t tell you if the app is good.

Compare this to super dispatch and I’d give it negative if I could. 90% of the time requires a new login, much worse for damage reports, way more complicated document access.. why any dispatch services require this is beyond me.
Best app for Carhauler 👌👌👌
This is definitely my favorite app for finding loads and vehicle inspections, fair rates customer service is always there for you. Amanda and Brittany will go out of there way to help. App is super easy to use I’ve been using this app for about 10 months, never had any issues. Once the car is delivered money deposit to your account.👌

No show
I am giving a 1 because zero isn’t an option. I called yesterday and was told my car would be here today, I advised them I had to drive 4 hours and take the day off to come home and was assured the car would be delivered today. I drove in late last night and then this morning I called to confirm and again was assured it would be here. 4 o’clock comes and now I’m told to call a different number to a different delivery company and of course there is no answer….should have known with them being in bed with Vroom it would be terrible….stay away at all costs

The app is super easy to use. You can track everything and know the status at all times. The support staff is friendly and responsive. Prices are great.

Whoever developed this app is the worst ever. Does not work, no functionality. Just updated the app again and just absolutely nothing happens. Just blank screen….

Can’t login
The worst app, can’t login have to try 3 devices untill i was able to login just waste of time( i wouldn’t use it but this broker requires to use their trash app) Called support with same problem 2 months ago they keep telling i will pass your message to our Tech Team, I guess their Tech Guys are the dum.est tecs in whole world Apple please take down this app from platform

Can’t even get a login to go through... app locks up, email verification link is broken, password reset link locks up app. Was this a school project or a real business?
